Burger Ramly

This is the type of Burger Patty that is the most sought after in Malaysia. There are stalls like this all over Miri.

These are small businesses that operate around the city that I guess, from my view, deserve to be supported. The price of the burgers is quite affordable. USD 1 = RM 3.96, so RM 5.00 = RM 1.25 roughly. They usually serve delicious burgers. These burger stalls are also quite popular. Lots of people nearby come here to the stall and get their orders. The person who orders for the customer is also the chef. He flips the burgers.

This is what the end product looks like. These burgers are quite cheesy and you can bite into it and the cheese leaks out.

This is the stall to visit after all the shops around the city close for the day.

The process

Grill these patties on a larger grilling pan. Add some butter, oil, and cheese. The egg is fried in these round aluminium shaped container to give it that very nice shape.

Some soy sauce is added to the patty. Frying it to have it crispy.

They also make patties at home from fresh meat. They then marinate the meat in a lot of different spices to give it that extra taste. My wife usually orders the beef burger and for me is the chicken burger. I do not usually eat any beef related products.

The final touches. Lots of sliced lettuce and cheese. You can also order the double patty edition if one patty is not enough.

The mayonaise in huge amounts. Delicious. The final bread is added to the top of the burger. Then, you have the final product. The burger.

After a lot of effort and love put into making these burgers, they wrapped up the burgers in paper. I usually enjoy my burger watching a movie on Netflix. Enjoying every single bite .
