Usually, I would be buying Under Armour, Nike or Adidas shoes but I wanted to give this brand a test. I've been running for a decade.

November 2011

I started to really take jogging seriously in November of 2011 and it has been ten years since I've started. Before that, I usually recorded my jogs on my iPod. I've been jogging for at least 15 years. Currently, on average, I jog about 5 to 6 km and the longest jogs are 12km and 13km jogs.

554.8 KM for the year 2021

This year, my total jogging distance is 554.8km. I go jogging every Friday, Saturday and Sundays. This is why it's quite important for me to get a good pair of jogging sneakers. Usually, on average, a pair of sneakers last about 300 to 500 km, then the soles come off or there is a tear at the side of the sneaker.

The best type of jogging shoes that I've worn are a pair of Sketchers.

Breathable uppers, thick outer soles. The best type of shoes are those with thick outer soles, that give it a bit of cushion and bounce as you run. It is usually a delight to run with a good pair of sneakers. Once you run past 30 minutes, it's all mind over body mentality.

SYNTHETIC UPPER BODY

The best thing about having a synthetic upper body is that, it won't get stained too easily jogging in different terrains. These sneakers are not suited for sand jogs or else after a couple of jogs, the outer soles tend to come off. The best way to jog on sand using barefoot.

Laces all the way up to fully secure the feet. Having tight laces is quite important when it comes to jogging. Jogging with loose shoes is something that is usually unpleasant.

Side view

These are the side view. Usually, those white outsoles become slightly dirty after a few weeks of jogging. I just use some toothpaste and toothbrush and brush off the stain.

These are quite comfortable to jog with as the soles are thick and when your feet strikes the ground, the impact to the bones would be greatly reduced, which reduces pain in the future.
