It is a Monday again

Good Morning.. to all my wonderful friends. How has your weekend been? It's a new week, like a new start and new potential. What is your 5-day plan? The first thing that I think I usually do when I wake up in the morning is to search for food. I went to eat Roasted Chicken Rice. Despite it being only Chicken Rice, the way it is cooked here is different. It is usually roasted till the whole meat is fully cooked.

This restaurant is quite popular with the locals, and one of the only things that is sold here at this particular restaurant is chicken rice. A great meal to start off the day.

Food is served. I am hungry. The Roasted Chicken Rice does not have a lot of fat underneath, which is great. I usually prefer meat with less fat.

After eating my breakfast, I went back and checked out my fish. I changed some of the water from the Molly tank. I initially started out with only 5 Mollies. It has grown into a colony. These are all white Mollies.

A couple of weeks ago, I bought the Mistletoe Fig, and it has grown taller. This plant looks like coins stacked on top of each other. There is another plant that has not sprouted any leaves yet.

Stephania erecta: I bought this plant a week ago, still waiting for the leaves to sprout, but I have not seen anything yet.

Finally, I went to the nearby Supermarket to get some snacks. My wife has recently been craving some seaweed snacks, so here I am at Everise Supermarket here in Miri, hunting for some seaweed snacks.

Some of the chips. This is by Twisties, and this pack is called Chaco's, corn chips roasted with different flavours. One of my favourite type of snacks here.

There are so many types of Seaweed snacks to choose from here. I usually prefer getting the type which is thicker. It has that crunchy texture.

After that, it was time for me to get home. Hope that you're having a great Monday. Another two more days till my rest day. I usually take Wednesday off.
