Hi, good morning to all my friends here at Hive. This is a random post about a day in my life. This is the best day of the week, as it is my rest day.

Recently, there is a new tenant who has moved decided to rent one of the rooms at my rental property. The last time someone rented this particular room was from January to April. The tenant was quite peculiar in a way. More of that in a future post.

One of the things I usually do before renting the room out is to take a photo of the meter of the property.

This is the last reading from this meter before the air conditioner broke down. I think it was probably due to the earlier tenant smoking in the room. I have already replaced another aircon for this tenant. The only meter I installed is the air conditioning system just to make sure that the tenant does not overuse the aircon, as it is the biggest component in an electric bill.

I also did a bit of cleaning in the room.

Then, after that, I went back home.

One of the best ways for me to relax is to do some gardening. It makes the whole area less stressful due to the presence of plants.

This is what this plant looks like at the moment. Some leaves have turned slightly yellow, but this plant is thriving in a way due to new leaves sprouting out.

At the moment, Spiderman is in the cinema, and the Happy Meal here is the Spiderman bag toy at McDonald's.

I bought this at McDonald's. It is a figurine of Spiderman sleeping in front of McDona'ds sign.

This is limited in stock. Something to keep. There are new figurines for Spiderman here at McDonald's for the next few weeks.

After that, I went to the park with my wife for a jog. Enjoying the fresh greenery after a stressful day.

This is one of the best parks here in Miri, and the jogging track is around 2.5 km. Quite the challenge. I usually spend an hour jogging before heading back. Sweating is one of my favourite things.
