Nasi Lemak - Pak Imran
Good Morning.. to all my wonderful friends..
How has your morning been? I recently went to have lunch at this really nice restaurant that sells local delights here in Bintulu, Sarawak. One of those dishes that you have to try out in Sarawak is definitely the Nasi Lemak dish. The version here in Sarawak has a different taste.
This is a place that sells rice that is prepared traditionally.
My wife and I were quite hungry, and so we scanned the QR code on the table to order. The menu is on a website on the phone. Sometimes, after ordering and you accidentally press the back button, everything has to be at the reset again.

I usually prefer ordering at the cashier because the QR version requires creating an account.
On the tissue paper is also a silhouette of the owner's face.

The cashier area where you pay for your food.

Pak Imran Nasi Lemak

My wife ordered
The beef Nasi Lemak
Infused in beef curry rendang and a special Nasi Lemak gravy. This is Malaysia's pride, and a must-try if you visit Malaysia in the future. There are lots of anchiovies, a half boiled egg and lots of fried peanuts.

Nasi Lemak Fried Chicken Rendang
I ordered this. The rendang chicken is a type of frying method where the chef usually fries the chicken and adds lots of spices into the frying and the cripy bits taste so flavourful that they usually blend well with the coconut rice.

Everything is on top of a piece of Banana leaf. Yummy. The modern yet authentic way of eating this traditional rice.
I also got myself a cup of hot coffee.

A good cup of coffee to end the evening.
After eating here, it is time to do more exploring around. And we went for a short one-hour foot massage. Something relaxful that I seldom do.
Thank you very much for reading my post.
Have a wonderful day ahead.

anytime i see the names of some of these dishes I don't really know what they are. I do like peanuts in my food though so I think I would like this one.
Hi hi.. HAHHAHAHAHA.. do try them when you visit Malaysia someday. Maybe you like Nasi Lemak. In English, it is the oily rice.
