Sarawak Laksa
Hi hi. It's a Wednesday today. I am going to bring you a restaurant that serves great Sarawak Laksa. Laksa Sarawak is one of Sarawak's very own special dishes.
Let me take you to Ah Hock open air cafe
This cafe specialises in Sarawak Laksa. So many people come here usually to eat there Laksa. Sometimes, this place fills up.
Kopitiam is a Malayaian word for Coffee shop. Coffeeshops are quite popular in Sarawak.
One of the best places to eat Sarawak Laksa with huge huge prawns inside. There are other dishes here too.
After ordering our Sarawak Laksa, it was time to wait for our food. This place serves some of the best Laksa.
The best way to eat the Laksa is when it is served hot. The noodles usually absorbs the curry.
Sarawak Laksa
One of the best dishes out there. The prawns here are super duper big. Rice Vermecelli in curry soup. Yummy.
My wife and I both ordered a bowl of Sarawak Laksa. Mine had about 4 prawns and hers 5.
The prawns here have shells removed. The prawns also have the dirty parts removed. Less work for the eaters.
Let me show you what is inside this dish. Noodles and lots of noodles. Then there are chicken slices inside.
The Sarawak Laksa here from my view is delicious. Huge prawns and the curry soup is thick. If you do visit Sarawak some day, do try the Sarawak Laksa. This is the national dish of Sarawak.

Seeing this kind of food in a supermarket tastes great in my experience. I always eat every day.
Such an environment always enlivens us. The glory of tasting different foods and taking some incomparable pictures. But the cooking of prawns with noodles is very delicious, I like this kind of food very much.
It looks so delicious I am just not sure if the restaurants here from my City also serves that food. It's a must try soup noodles.Is is the same as Ramen ?
