Hi hi.. good morning. It's another Wednesday. Have you ever eaten the soft-shell crab fried rice? I recently went to Aoki sushi restaurant here in Miri. This sushi restaurant serves some of the best sushi here in Miri with premium quality ingredients.

This is one fantastic dish: the soft shell crab and the fried rice. The egg at the top of the rice melts into the rice making it quite creamy as you bite on it. Super delicious.

We went up to the second floor this time. The first floor was quite packed.

I was here for dinner, so I first flipped to the bento page. Was scrolling around and my wife suggested the soft-shell crab fried rice. I felt that I should give it a go.

The food here is served quite quickly. After ordering for around twenty minutes, the food came.

Served hot. This dish is amazing. The egg on top is semi-cooked and there is still softness in the egg. Makes it quite creamy to eat with the rice.

Ordered Sashimi too

This is a plate of really thick sashimi. Many places have sashimi that have been sliced quite thin. This place cuts them thick.

Overall, this place serves some of the best sushi. If you do visit Miri in the future, do come here and try it out.
