Good morning. Sarawak is home to lots of delicious delights. A lot of my posts are food related. My wife and I usually head around Miri and just hunt for food. I guess, it has become a pastime. One of my past times out of lots of different past times. So where did we go to eat this time? We had noodles. Where? A street stall by the road side. We aren't picky eaters and are willing to try out all sorts of different food that is available. The first dish is the Bee Hoon.

Bee Hoon

Have you heard of the bee hoon? It's made of rice vermicelli and fried with eggs and some meat. A healthy meal. The healthier choice as compared to a lot of other different noodles here. It has a less stronger taste as compared to a lot of different noodles that are available here in Sarawak.

This is indeed the stall by roadside.

There are not many stalls like this around nowadays. This place is a rare find nowadays.

A cost little place to sit down and have a meal.

The food here is a lot lower than many restaurants out there in Miri. While I was here, I could see some people eating as they prepare to head to work. The only thing I had some issue with was the heat. Slightly hot.

The kitchen. Running water also available. One of the most enjoyable thing I did was to look at him make noodles.

A hot coffee

My day usually starts with a cup of coffee. Black coffee with no sugar but some milk. I do sometimes drink black coffee without any sugar.

Kolo mee

The typical meal and breakfast to start the day. Delicious.

Bee hoon

This little meal can give us enough energy to fuel up the first half of the day.
