SALMON MAYO

One of the must have choices every time I am at a sushi restaurant.

Hi hi.. It is me @luueetang. Wow.. It's the last week of the month of September 2022. Time flies. We are in the last quarter of the year 2022. One of the good things is that the world is become more normal like it's 2019. Definitely the world has changed a lot ever since. I recently went to eat sushi with my lovely wife. Recently there is a bonanza where all the sushis have fixed price at only around 3.18 MYR or less than a dollar USD per plate.

PRAWN SUSHI

Prawns are quite expensive here in Malaysia. So it's a must have everytime, I go to a sushi restaurant. Grab the usually expensive dishes for half the price.

Spicy sushi

This particular plate is slightly spicy. Dip it into wasabi and you've got a really delicious sushi.

The shallot sushi

Fried shallots. With some mayo on top to give it that distinct delicious taste.

Tempura shrimp sushi

These are really good. A must have whenever, I visit a sushi shop. It takes a lot of skill to be able to fry tempuras well. I've tried before and it is definitely a challenging thing to do.

Mayo shrimp

I guess, anything with mayo never goes wrong from my view. =)

SALMON

These are my favourite. I know I can't eat too much of these. I just love eating salmon on sushi. With rice. Dip it in wasabi. It's got that melting texture in my mouth.

UNAGI

eel sushi. These are quite delicious too. They did not have a lot and were limited in number. Had to quickly grab them while they were available.

Fried chicken wings with sesame

Slightly small in size. But they are quite crunchy.

Full house

Everyone is back after the pandemic enjoying their food. It's great to see the world coming to normal in a way. Miri is slowly moving into normalcy. No more mask in doors. You can travel around. I have been seeing a number of tourist coming into Miri.
