Hi. I am @luueetang. It's a Sunday again. I am going to introduce you to one of the best restaurants to eat chicken rice here in Miri, Sarawak, Malaysia. This restaurant sells the chicken rice at an affordable price and lots and lots of people come here to eat. It is usually not easy to get a place to sit. So we were lucky to get our seats when we arrived.

Roasted chicken rice

Chicken rice with some cucumber. Roasted all the way. The skin is rid of fats and can be eaten. Soy sauce as the base gravy. Roasted chicken rice is the best to have. There are also cucumber slices that accompany the chicken meat.

Lunch time

Full house with lots of people. We (my wife and I) were pretty lucky to get ourselves a seat. The service is superb. The waitress came not long after that to take our order.

We were hungry. We ordered ourselves some chicken rice and some chicken liver as well as chicken gizzard.

It is not complete without chicken rice. The chicken rice needs to be just right in order for it to taste great.

The gizzard is the chewy bits and the liver is the soft parts. The best side dish that accompanies the plate of chicken rice.

Steamed chicken rice

This is a plate of steamed chicken rice. Usually, there are two choices: steamed or roasted chicken rice. This is what is sold at a restaurant that specializes in chicken rice.

The food here is highly recommended.
