Tenom is a town in Sabah that is about a three-hour drive to the nearest town to Brunei, Lawas. This town is also known as a coffee town. Lots of coffee is produced here. I am a coffee lover and this town is a town that I hard to explore.

As you drive to this town, one of the things that you will notice is the amazing roundabout with coffee beans. This is one creative way of having a roundabout.

After parking the car, I explored around Tenom. Checked out the different places. One of the important places that was on the list was the eatery. I was really hungry. So, I was looking for a food court.

A vintage shop

This shop in my view could have opened for business for a long time. I wonder if in the next couple of decades, how many of these shops will be left? However, I was really happy to take a picture of this place for the future me to remember.

The town is quite calm and clean

The town of Tenom is located at an altitude of roughly 200 meters above sea level.

I had to look at it twice to imagine how did they build it all the way there. That's amazing.

After a while of walking, we saw this food court and decided to give it a try. The food here from my view was awesome.

The owner did a good job of introducing to us what were the highlights of his stall.

First of all, I never expected this much meat in a bowl of noodles.

The other bowl of noodles that my sister-in-law ordered.

And finally a plate of fried rice.

The food here tastes amazing. I was satisfied. Flavourful.

The Tenom town is a town worth visiting. This was the first time I visited this town. If I had the chance to come here again in the future, I definitely would.
