Dear everyone. Wow.. it is another Friday again. I went to eat thosai with my wife again. The thosai is one of my favourite Indian food. Thosai is one of those special Indian dishes out there that I love to eat quite a lot. It's got this slightly sour taste. Then dip it in the special gravy and it taste superb.

The Thaosai

Fermented rice flour that usually sits for at least six hours. It takes skill to make this. The best type of thosai usually are crunchy.

This was the last time when I was here.

Maybe 8 months ago, around January or February. The place still looks the same and the food still taste good.

They have lots of different types of curry.

One of the best things about eating at an Indian restaurant is the number of curry they have in their food warmers. Usually, I will just go for dhal. I love dhal. It is usually the least oily and also I love how soft the beans taste when they are soaked in gravy for such a long time.

The curry house menu

looks like it is newly printed. The best thing about a restaurant or any restaurant is that it looks new. It is clean and the food taste good. Then there is good customer service. This restaurant has all that.

ROTI EGG CHEESE

This is super delicious. The cheese is stretchable. Super duper soft to eat. I saw my wife eat and I felt hungry even after my plate of thosai.

This is my favourite dish at an Indian restaurant. It is not easy to find an Indian restaurant that has the Thosai on their menu. Usually, unavailable.

The restaurant owner gave me a discount from the total. Gladful for that. Do try the roti and thosai from this restaurant. I love to eat Indian food. Super duper like.
