Training at the gym

What do you love to do whenever you're free? For me, one of those things would be training at the gym. I usually go to this gym near my house. I've been getting to the gym for the last two decades. The other thing that I love to do is to go for a run. Till today, I've been running a couple of times a week. To get my sweat out and get some workout.

Kenyalang gym and fitness


This gym is located on the third floor. You can pay a monthly fee to go here and train unlimited amount of time. But I usually walk in.

This is one of my favourite machines

I won't go into the technicals of the gym but this machine trains the back muscles and trains the chest as well.

The leg press machine

This is also another one of my favorite machines. You can get your leg pumped up. Leg days are my favorite.

The rows of dumbells. Definitely some of favourites.

Lots of dumbells to train. I usually go light and slowly proceed to the heavy ones.

There are lots of equipment to use here. I usually choose two parts of my body and train during each section.

I usually train at a gym for around one hour to one hour and 10 minutes roughly.
