Hallo liebe Pilzfreunde,

Al

Hello dear mushroom friends,
during my hike yesterday through the Palatinate Forest in the Dahner Felsenland I was able to admire a lot of Mushrooms. The roadside was full of them. Very many different varieties but most I could not assign as a layman. But I didn't want to eat any of them anyway, so it wasn't so bad. There were also 1-2 toadstools, which I know at least and know that they are poisonous.
Even a few mushrooms from stone were there, sometimes smaller and sometimes quite large😀!
Do you know some of the mushrooms that have come to me there yesterday in front of the camera?

Many greetings and see you soon your
Al

warmly welcome to the community!

foto #2 - Russula rosacea (non tocis but non edible for its very bitter taste). there are a lot of other edible types of Russula sp., the ones with red cap and white (non pink) stem are quite edible and forageable for the table!

#4 - we name them Puff-balls, or Lycoperdon sp. non-toxic, edible when yound (when it still has white body inside)

#5 - Amanita muscaria - toxic mushroom, one of the most fancy and nice-looking mushrooms of Europe. but! there are a few fans of this one. it is not only toxic (!) but also it is very medicinal and edible - thats a fact! so, it is not a bad mushroom after all

#9 - hard to tell, but probably another kind of Russula sp.

looks like you had a great day there -- cheers!
