All started with a question:
“What if a mandarin gets trapped in a glass jar?” Will it try to escape? But there is no extremities to aid in the process. What it will dream of? How the world will look like?

Lets set some foundation. A mandarin would probably be in kitchen or on a table. Looks like the kind of motivation that had led the mandarin to be placed inside the jar, had also forsaken it to slowly dehydrate and wither. The world seems blurry behind the condensing soul over the cold glass surface.

The outside may only mean freedom to the mandarin. And freedom feels warm enough to dream in melancholy a cozy desk lamp illuminating the idea in the form of a horse. May be it is a slow and peaceful evening to be eaten and to present it’s hidden juice to an appetite seeking joy.

Yes, yes, yes. That motivation left the mandarin in captivity. And dehydration caused some strange day dreams. Watching through the glass of the jar and slowly drying up.

May be in reality, the mandarin was left next to some other stuff after all. And may be it was destined to be trashed because of being rotten. Discoloration was the clear sign of any good juice had left it’s body, causing hallucinations.

4 freedom

I believe the freedom is a wish and for this mandarin it means to be eaten in good appetite. Let’s make it real.

What happened to the freely running horse? Where is it now? Wait, I see lot’s of mandarins now, and little ponies are bustling around…
