In Elliott Wave terms, VELA began a red wave one advance on February 7. The red wave one (blue sub-waves i-ii-iii-iv-v) peaked on February 18 and the red wave two (blue sub-waves a-b-c) correction ended on February 23. If this wave count is correct, VELA should be heading next towards the February 18 peak in the red wave three.
