Getting them Gains

It’s only been 2 weeks since I decided I want to do a half marathon in 10 weeks time. After two weeks training already seeing and feeling some pretty awesome physiological differences.

Last week I did 10km at the same base pace, however my heart rate was 10bpm faster on average. Hit some interval training midweek, and was able to get through 15km base run this morning. Same pace as last weeks 10km, but at a much more comfortable heart rate.

Definitely pretty encouraging seeing these signs so early, and should keep me motivated over the next few weeks of training for my second half marathon (first in over 6 years)

Nice work. That's pretty good progress band being able to do 15km already, you should have no trouble with a half marathon

Dear @maccazftw, we need your help!

The Hivebuzz proposal already got important support from the community. However, it lost its funding a few days ago and only needs a few more HP to get funded again.

May we ask you to support it so our team can continue its work this year?
You can do it on Peakd, ecency, Hive.blog or using HiveSigner.
https://peakd.com/me/proposals/199

Your support would be really helpful and you could make a difference.
Thank you!
