Pita chicken sandwich is a #healthy and light food suitable for dinner. Of course, you can also eat it as a snack.

ingredients:

Chicken breast: 450 grams
Sweet pepper: 1 piece
Mushrooms: 1 cup
Corn (canned): 1 cup
Pita bread: 5 pieces
Pizza cheese: as needed
Salt and pepper, thyme: as needed
Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
Tomato sauce or ketchup to serve: as needed
Mustard sauce or salad sauce


Recipe:

First, season the chicken breast with some salt, pepper and pepper powder (or any spice you like) and put it on the heat until the chicken breast is completely cooked.
After cooking, cut it into small cubes or shred.

Chop the bell pepper and fry it. Then add the mushrooms and corn with a little salt and pepper.

Another way to serve pita chicken sandwich is to put the ingredients with a little pizza cheese in the middle of the bread and then put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes to melt the cheese. Or inside a sandwich maker
