A noi due...
Mi ritrovo in macchina, in quella nuova, oggi lei compie una settimana esatta, mercoledì scorso siamo andati a ritirarla, la "vecchia Matiz" ha fatto l'ultimo viaggio, non senza problemi, ma oer fortuna nkn c'è stato il finale con il botto, perché, anche se "sui gomiti", è arrivata regolarmente alla concessionaria Dacia, eh sì, questa che vedete nell'immagine d'ingresso è una parte dell'abitacolo della Sandero Stepway che abbiamo acquistato...
A noi due, simbolicamente rivolto a questa vettura, ancora non ho legato particolarmente con lei, ma le premesse sono buone, perché pur non essendo una super-vettura, sembra proprio che sia quello che cercavamo, un'auto onesta, essenziale con qualche gadget attuale, economica (essendo dotata anche lei di impianto a GPL originale della casa), affidabile e robusta, devo dire che la sensazione è buona, anche se saranno i km e km ancora da percorrere a dare il responso finale...
Ma perché ho messo "a noi due" nel titolo di questo post? Perché è un piccolo viaggio, nella mente di @mad-runner, che interagisce virtualmente con questa vettura, e si pone alcune domande, di ordine pratico, quali ad esempio cosa sarebbe successo se non avessi ricominciato, per puro caso, a giocare a poker, ma più che a giocare a poker, a vincere giocando a poker...
Mancavano dei soldi, per fare tutto quanto, saldo dell'acconto, nuova assicurazione (in quanto la Dacia è intestata interamente alla mia compagna, e non ho potuto passare la vecchia assicurazione su questa vettura, ho recuperato parzialmente la classe di merito), bollo auto alla vecchia Matiz (t poco anche a questa), spese dal dentista, insomma la coperta era dannatamente corta, per banali circostanze mi ritrovo ai tavoli da gioco virtuali, e incredibilmente si è riacceso il cervello, come ai bei tempi andati, anche se il prezzo che devo pagare per avere alte prestazioni di gioco è parecchio alto, anche se sono passati solamente 8 anni dal momento in cui ho messo di giocare l'ultima volta per aver perso il mio vero lavoro che avevo fatto per decenni, sono invecchiato, inutile negarlo, la mente arranca durante il giorno, mi rendo conto che ho bisogno quasi di distaccarmi dalla realtà, perché di primaria importanza è diventata la pace mentale...
Parlavo, nella famiglia allargata, delle prestazioni che in un paio di mesi ho tirato fuori, come dal cilindro magico, 2 buone vittorie in 2 tornei di medio spessore, che hanno risolto quasi tutti i problemi di liquidità, consentendomi un attimo di tirare il fiato, la mia autostima si è parecchio innalzata, ma questo fatto procura noia, per il mio stile di vita, me ne sono reso conto, tra criptovalute e poker il cocktail è micidiale, ma c'è un lato fortunato in questa questione, una volta tanto la mia compagna è allineata sul mio pensiero, i soldi si dice che mandino l'acqua insu, quando ha visto i bonifici delle vincite, una frase ha prevalso su tutte...
"Di quello che dicono gli altri fregatene, l'invidia è una brutta bestia, bravo, vinci ancora...", e allora, cara Sandero, "a noi due", sai che sei arrivata senza dolori grazie alle cripto e al poker, ci sarà la maxi-rata finale da risolvere, e le piccole rate mensili in 3 anni, ma intanto andiamo avanti così...

Il poker, un nome, un gioco che dal sentimento popolare viene percepito come puro azzardo, come rovinafamiglie e altro ancora, e in effetti in diversi ambiti è proprio così, ma sotto altri punti di vista ti posso garantire, come certamente direbbe anche il buon @libertycrypto27, che è un gioco di abilità, dove indubbiamente esiste la componente fortuna, ma nel medio-lungo periodo emergono le qualità del giocatore, non è cattiveria né presunzione o arroganza ma so di essere un buon giocatore, che purtroppo ha dei difetti caratteriali che limitano le sue potenzialità, ma sto cercando di correggerli, non è facile ma qualche buon risultato è già arrivato...

Goditi la nuova macchina caro amico mio e sono contento per i risultati che hai ottenuto nel texas hold'em che come sai anche io giocavo molti anni fa a livello semi-professionistico ma ho abbandonato quando i giocatori sono diminuiti e quando ero stanco di calcolare probabilità su 10-12 tavoli in gioco contemporaneamente per 6-8 ore al giorno...
Per chi non conosce il texas hold'em (che non è il poker all'italiana ma è un gioco principalmente di abilità) o non lo ha mai giocato in modo professionale o semi-professionale non sa che il dispendio di energie mentali è alto e che il mindset va allenato costantemente e quindi comprendo appieno quando scrivi:

Sapevo che con te sfondavo una porta aperta, che capivi al 100% quello che esprimevo in questo post, i tuoi, i miei, multi-tavoli di un tempo, le sessioni estenuanti di ore e ore di gioco, lo si faceva per passione, per piacere, per guadagno, per dimostrare a sé stessi di valere qualcosa e altro ancora, quelli rimangono ricordi, indelebili, piacevoli e anche dolorosi (certe eliminazioni, certi "scoppi al River" rimarranno eterni nella memoria), il @mad-runner attuale gioca un torneo alla volta, una volta uscito si iscrive a un altro e via discorrendo, non ha più la capacità di reggere più tavoli in contemporanea, perché il mio livello di attenzione è elevato solo per un tavolo alla volta, figurati che facevo due cose insieme all'inizio della ripresa del gioco, scrivere un post e giocare un torneo, adesso o scrivo o gioco...

Sono contenta che il rapporto con la tua compagna si stia sistemando. Oramai che siete assieme da decenni, non è bello trascorrere la terza età litigando come cane e gatto (no, non preoccuparti, non ti sto dicendo che sei anziano, ma c'è da supporre che quando la terza età arriverà e ovviamente vi auguro di arrivarci in salute, avrete un buon cammino da percorrere).

Ps.: mi scordavo: non è tanto la mancanza di denari in sè e per sè foriera di discordie, quanto la mentalità diversa riguardo al rapporto con il denaro. Certo, ovviamente nel caso dei ricchi, benestanti e classe media-alta (nel caso di questi ultimi, fino a un certo punto) la mentalità diversa non rileva (per fare l'esempio più palese, che non è il vostro, la formichina non verrà pregiudicata dalla cicala, affare che invece è immancabile quando i fondi sono contenuti o peggio, permettono si e no di arrivare a fine mese). Se i denari sono risicati, in mancanza della stessa mentalità e stessi obiettivi, immancabilmente un membro della coppia inizia a diffidare e sospettare l'altro di inaffidabilità. Perchè purtroppo sono incontabili le famiglie buttate sul lastrico a causa della prodigalità di marito o moglie, ma nemmeno sempre per cause gravi quanto la prodigalità, ma basta che uno dei due presenti problemi notevoli nella gestione dello stipendio (la qual cosa a sua volta può dipendere dall'inettitudine ai calcoli matematici e mi spiace non trovare un termine migliore di inettitudine perchè questo è un tratto genetico, nemmeno soltanto culturale, delle popolazioni latine). Ho sotto gli occhi in continuazione questo tratto genetico: prendono la liquidazione che si aggira intorno a decine di migliaia e l'indomani dall'averla percepita non hanno più nemmeno un centesimo perchè pur non avendo la patente, si sono comprata la macchina, che poi immancabilmente gli viene sequestrata dalla polizia stradale (una volta anche no, ma negli ultimi anni i controlli si sono rafforzati), invece di investirli in un prodotto finanziario sicuro (se non altro, pur con tutti i difetti di questo e altri paesi latini, gli interessi sugli investimenti sia pure prudenti e moderati sono altissimi, al momento circa il 6% più tutta l'inflazione, sia pure lordi, affare che nei paesi europei è fantascienza), ma nemmeno si preoccupano di studiarseli. Oggi ci si abbuffa e domani, una nuova avventura.
Chiaro che se se sei sposato/a con un ricco/a che è abituato a vivere così, fargli il didietro a stelle e striscie sarà l'ultimo dei tuoi pensieri, ma non certo se sei sposato/a con una donna/uomo delle pulizie, un manovale, un operaio/a raso (di nessuna categoria avanzata) che vive alla giornata perchè tanto prima o poi il colpo di fortuna che lo/la arricchisce dall'oggi al domani capiterà anche a lui/lei, alla stregua delle telenovelas che guardano perchè purtroppo sono popoli troppo sognatori...

Ne discutevo con i colleghi d'ufficio, 'sta roba della maxi rata fa letteralmente girare i coglioni. Perché la logica finanziaria dietro è ben chiara, ma il fatto che te lo fanno passare come un plus, una specie di favore, davvero è insopportabile.
