FRIENDSHIP: SEARCHING FOR THE TRUE MEANING OF THIS WORD [ENG - ESP]

Greetings and welcome dear readers of this prestigious platform, especially to all those users who make daily life in the #Emotions&Feelings community, the topic that concerns us this time, is related to the value of friendship and how we perceive it according to the connotation that as humanity we have assigned to this word.
Therefore, it is necessary to understand that friendship is assumed as that inter-personal bond that takes place between two or more people and although it is assumed that we can also establish this type of bond with animals, psychologically the term is associated with human value.
Thus, the bond of friendship is directly related to a state of sympathy and harmonious empathy that is executed between the interested parties, without interest and looking out for the welfare of the other.
In this sense, I would like to exemplify the above, starting from an extraordinary story that I had the chance to read in the book "La culpa es de la vaca" space where the rhetoric of a soldier who gave everything for his country and the only one who bet on his country's life was his great childhood friend.

So the story of Juan and Carlos begins like this:
Juan and Carlos are two enthusiastic young men who have known each other since childhood, they have established a great bond of friendship and in many cases it was thought that this bond was one of brotherhood due to the ideal help that one represented for the other.
However, for reasons of life these young men were recruited and sent to one of the strictest places due to the war conflict that was taking place there, and for the love of their flag they did not hesitate even for a moment to go out to battle to fight for better conditions for their country and for each of the families that were betting on their victory.
As the days went by, these young men became a reference in the military battalion they formed, in each of the expeditions or battles to which they were assigned, these enthusiastic boys had managed to manage to cover each other's backs.
However, as fate would have it, Carlos was sent without prior notice to a highly militarized zone, his job was a simple observation and analysis expedition, unfortunately for this young man, everything could not be so fantastic, it was the first time that Carlos would go on a mission without the company of his friend Juan and without knowing his future, a great ambush awaited him on the road and which ended up wiping out almost all the young soldiers of that battalion.
At this point, the news was not long in coming and it was obvious that Juan was going to find out and even though he begged his immediate boss to let him go in search of his big brother, the latter prevented him from doing so, claiming that it was too late and that his great friend was already dead.
However, Juan, without thinking about it, in the first moment he had, escaped from the detachment in search of his great friend and after more than 5 hours without knowing anything about them, Juan, very badly wounded, almost in agony, returned with the body of his friend Carlos.

He was immediately attended to, but the scolding from his Captain was not long in coming, he had just disobeyed an order soldier, I told him that his friend was already dead, I ask him was it worth risking his life that way? Of course it was worth it my captain, when I arrived at the place, Carlos was still alive and he could tell me looking into my eyes, I knew you would come for me.
As you will see, this story demonstrates the true meaning of friendship, which beyond the adversities, is a reflection of love that we can express to other people, no doubt we are all aware that family is not chosen, however, friendships and even more so good friendships are only our own decision.
So I take this opportunity to thank life and the great friends it has given me, because no matter the problems and adversities, they are willing to give us that helping hand so that we can continue to move forward.

Saludos y bienvenidos estimados lectores de esta prestigiosa plataforma, en especial a todos aquellos usuarios que hacen vida a diario en la comunidad #Emotions&Feelings, el tema que nos compete en esta oportunidad, está relacionado con el valor de la amistad y cómo percibimos la misma en función a la connotación que como humanidad le hemos asignado a esta palabra.
Por consiguiente, es preciso comprender que la amistad es asumida como aquel vínculo inter-personal que se lleva a cabo entre dos o más personas y aunque se asume que también podemos establecer este tipo de vínculo con animales, psicológicamente el término está asociado al valor humano.
De manera que el vínculo de amistad, está directamente relacionado con un estado de simpatía y empatía armónica que es ejecuta entre las partes interesadas, sin interés y velando por el bienestar del otro.
En este sentido, me gustaría ejemplificar lo anterior, partiendo de un extraordinario cuento que tuve la posibilidad de leer en el libro “La culpa es de la vaca” espacio donde se establece la retórica de un soldado que dio todo por su país y el único que apostó por la vida del mismo fue su gran amigo de la infancia.

De manera que la historia de Juan y Carlos comienza así:
Juan y Carlos son dos jóvenes entusiastas que se conocen desde la niñez, en ellos se ha establecido un gran lazo de amistad y en muchos casos se llegó a pensar que este lazo era de hermandad producto de la ayuda idónea que uno representaba para el otro.
Sin embargo, por cuestiones de la vida estos jóvenes fueron reclutados y enviado a uno de los lugares más estrictos por el conflicto bélico que allí se vivía, y estos por el amor a su bandera no dudaron ni un instantes para salir a la batalla en lucha de mejores condiciones para su país y para cada una de las familias que apostaban por su victoria.
Estos jóvenes con el pasar de los días, se volvieron referencia en el batallón militar que conformaban, en cada de las expediciones o batallas a las cuales eran asignados, estos entusiastas chicos, había logrado ingeniárselas para cubrir sus espaldas el uno al otros.
Sin embargo, por cuestiones del destino, a Carlos lo enviaron sin previo aviso a una zona altamente militarizada, su trabajo era una simple expedición de observación y análisis, lamentablemente para este joven, todo no podía ser tan fantástico, era la primera vez que Carlos saldría a una misión sin la compañía de sus amigo Juan y sin saber su porvenir, una gran emboscada le esperaba en el camino y la cual termino arrasando con casi todos los jóvenes militares de ese batallón.
En este punto, las noticias no se hicieron esperar en el destacamento y era obvio que Juan iba a enterarse y por más que suplico a su jefe inmediato que lo dejara ir en busca de su gran hermano, este se lo impidió, alegando que era demasiado tarde y que su gran amigo ya se encontraba muerto.
Palabras muy duras las anteriores, sin embargo, Juan sin pensarlo, en el primer instante que tuvo se escapó del destacamento en busca de su gran amigo y después de más de 5 horas sin saber nada de ellos, Juan muy mal herido, casi agonizando regreso con el cuerpo de su amigo Carlos.

De inmediato fue atendido, pero los regaños de su Capitán no se hicieron esperar, acaba de desobedecer una orden soldado, le dije que su amigo ya estaba muerto, le pregunto ¿valió la pena que arriesgara su vida de esa manera? Por supuesto que valió la pena mi capitán, cuando llegué al lugar, Carlos aún estaba con vida y me pudo decir mirándome a los ojos, sabría que vendrías por mí.
Como verán, en esta historia se demuestra el verdadero sentido de la amistad, la cual más allá de las adversidades, es un reflejo de amor que podemos expresar hacia otras personas, sin duda todos somos conscientes de que la familia no se elige, sin embargo, las amistades y más aún las buenas amistades son solo decisión de nosotros mismos.
De tal manera que aprovecho la oportunidad, para agradecer a la vida y a los grandes amigos que me ha dado, ya que sin importar los problemas y las adversidades están dispuestos a brindarnos esa mano amigo para que podamos seguir avanzando.

Agradecemos el esfuerzo y dedicación en crear una historia ficticia muy conmovedora, que resalta el valor de la amistad.
La amistad de Juan y carlos, era muy fuerte, reflejo el interés amoroso y desinteresado por el bienestar del otro.
