Here is how I prepared a delicious prawn curry with rice for lunch, which is a favorite of Sri Lankan villagers.

Hey my loving Foodie lovers,

What's up Hivers? I believe you are in good healthy in this new week staying office or work place with loving once and try to improve your all tasks. Today morning I got half day leave from my company for participate my daughter's first day ceremony of primary school. So I decided to prepare delicious prawn curry who is especially love to eat my daughter.

Ingredients required

  • 200 grams of washed and cleaned prawns
  • Half a cup of condensed coconut milk
  • Half a cup of melted coconut milk
  • Finely chopped onion
  • Chopped garlic
  • A piece of crushed ginger
  • Curry leaves and chopped vanilla grass

  • A little bit of turmeric powder
  • Half a teaspoon of pepper powder
  • Teaspoon of raw curry powder
  • Teaspoon of chili powder
  • Half a teaspoon of fried fenugreek
  • Salt to taste
  • A few cinnamon barks
  • Two pulp of dried Garcinia

Preparing steps

  • First take a pan and put the washed and cleaned prawns in it. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, raw curry powder and pepper powder.

  • Now add fried fenugreek, dried Garcinia and cinnamon barks to the mixture.

  • Then add as much salt as you need, add finely chopped onion, curry leaves and chopped vanilla grass, chopped garlic and crushed ginger and mix well.

  • Now add the condensed coconut milk and cook the prawn mixture on the stove. After it boils slightly, add half a cup of Melted coconut milk and boil for about three minutes, removing the gravy from the stove.

Maybe you will think I'm usually prepare different dishes from prawns. I bought large portions of prawns last time. So I can easily prepare and then share them to Hive blockchain. I'm very prefer to learn other cultural food recipes from Hive. I followed some of foodie creators and learn lot more things from them. It's good advantage to earn more knowledge from other cultures.
