Here's how to make a delicious Soymeat Chunk Egg Fry at home for our lunch.

What's up my hivers? I believe everything are OK for you in this difficult time doing your important tasks. Many people who are living current society doing hard effort for achieve their targets. Every single day I try to prepare delicious foods which is very interesting to having with our meals. My wife always supporting and encouraging me to prepare such a delicious foods since our kitchen. I'm really satisfying to add new habit to my life because it gaves me big happiness. So today I'm going to introduce you how to make a delicious Soymeat Chunk Egg Fry at home.

Ingredients required

  • A cup of soymeat
  • An egg
  • Three tablespoons of oil
  • Half a cup of hot water

  • Two tablespoons of corn flour
  • Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Half a teaspoon of fennel
  • Two teaspoons of chili powder
  • A teaspoon of curry powder
  • Teaspoon of pepper powder
  • Chopped garlic
  • Chopped onions
  • Two chopped pepper powder
  • Chopped tomatoes

Preparing steps

  • Add soy sauce, a pinch of salt and hot water and soak for about an hour.

  • Then squeeze the water out of the soymeat, add corn flour, chili powder, turmeric powder and pepper powder and season to taste.

  • Then break the egg and add the essence and stir well.

  • Put some oil in a pan and fry with soymeat.

  • Put a separate pan on the stove, add a little oil and let it heat up. When the oil heats up, add the fennel, chopped garlic, chopped onion and chopped green chillies and let it fry.

  • When the mixture is slightly fried, add the chopped tomatoes.

  • Stir in a teaspoon of curry powder and a teaspoon of chilli powder until the tomatoes are small.

  • Next, add the fried soybeans, stir and remove from the heat. Sprinkle some chopped onion leaves on top.

There are so many recipes available from soymeat. Like as soymeat lover, I used different ingredients for make soymeat dishes. It enhance the flavor of it. You can very easily prepare this food without waste much time.
