These days, as usual, I'm going to show you how to make a variety of flavors using prawns. Even today I present how to prepare prawns for a different taste. Ingredients required

  • 200 grams of purified prawns
  • Chopped onions
  • Curry leaves
  • One and a half tablespoons of ginger and garlic paste

  • Half a cup of condensed coconut milk
  • Three tablespoons of oil for frying
  • Tablespoons of vinegar
  • Two tablespoons of fresh pepper powder
  • Two tablespoons of fried curry powder
  • Half a teaspoon of turmeric
  • One and a half teaspoons of sugar
  • Salt to taste

Preparing method

  • Add a tablespoon of vinegar and salt to taste to the cleaned prawns, mix well and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.

  • Put a pan on the stove and add three tablespoons of oil. When the oil heats up, add the curry leaves, chopped onion and fry. When the onion is slightly tempered, add the ginger and garlic paste and stir.

  • Now add turmeric powder, sugar, pepper powder and fried curry powder in the prescribed quantities. Spoon it from time to time and bring to a simmer over low heat.
