How to make a healthier bean curry with a different flavor with differnt way for our lunch...

How are you dear Hivers? I believe that, you are in good healthy and using your time for improve your useful tasks. After did my morning activities me and wife reached to our kitchen for prepare similar dish but very differently. Usually we prepared beans like as a curry since our home. As decided last night both of us we were ready to make this different dish using spices. Many Sri Lankans using nice aroma contains spices for preparing meals. It would be increase the taste of every meals. Actually I was tired eating beans curry in same way. But I really understood the importance of eating beans.

Ingredients

  • 200g of beans
  • 1/4 bottle of oil

  • 1/4 cup of melted coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup of consered coconut milk

  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Curry leaves and a piece of chopped rampe
  • Two spikes of green chillies cut lengthwise
  • Chopped onion
  • Two teaspoons of chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspooon of fenugreek
  • 1/4 teaspoon of mustard seeds
  • Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • Two teaspoons of crushed paste of ginger and garlic
  • Half a teaspoon of pepper
  • Two teaspoons of curry powder
  • A teaspoon of fried curry powder
  • Three pieces of cinnamon bark
  • Two cloves
  • One tablespoon of maldive fish
  • To the required amount of salt

Preparing steps

  • First, wash the bean pods thoroughly, remove the strings and run lengthwise. Then put a pan on the stove, add oil and fry when heated. Since beans cannot be fried until golden, check if they are fried.

  • Next, place a nonstick pan on the stove and add a little oil. When the oil heats up, add the mustard seeds and let it explode. Add the fenugreek, ginger and garlic paste together, the cinnamon sticks and the cloves.

  • Now add curry leaves and chopped rumpe, chopped onion, chopped green chillies and salt and mix well.

  • Meanwhile, add chilli powder, turmeric powder, curry powder, fried curry powder, pepper powder and maldive fish and let it fry. Add roasted beans and chopped tomatoes and mix well. Now reduce the heat and add the melted coconut milk and set on low heat. When the milk comes to a boil, add the condensed coconut milk and remove from the heat after boiling.

Finally we prepared delicious and nutritious dish well suited with rice. Beans are an edible vegetable for both sick and healthy people. A must-have vegetable in the diet of vegetarians. This is because beans provide the nutrients that the body can get from a meat diet. Beans are low in calories. Beans also strengthen the immune system. Beans have many medicinal properties. Beans are rich in vitamin E and vitamin K. Frequent consumption of beans helps in controlling the cholesterol in the blood. There are so many healthy benifits you can get to your body from eat beans. I mentioned only few of them. After read this health advantages I think you'll start eat beans.
