How to make spicy chicken curry using spices commonly used in rural society...

How are you friends? I hope you are in good healthy under the pandemic situation staying your home or work place. Nowadays village curries are in great demand in the urban society. Chicken is one of the foods that we like to eat and the protein that our body needs is easily obtained. Chicken has become one of the most widely consumed meats, especially for our growing children. Chicken meat is very important as a way to provide the perfect protein nutrition for our body to live a good life. Remember the village gravy is a bit spicy. So let's see how to make this chicken curry that is best suited for those who like spicy.

Ingredients

  • 300g of chopped chicken

  • Teaspoons of sugar
  • Salt to taste

  • Tablespoon of vinegar
  • A chopped onion
  • Crushed ginger
  • Chopped garlic
  • Rampe and curry leaves

  • 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder
  • Two spikes of cardamom
  • Three spikes of cloves
  • Three small pieces of cinnamon
  • Two teaspoons of chili powder
  • One and a half teaspoons of fried curry powder
  • A teaspoon of pepper powder
  • One and a half teaspoons of fennel seeds
  • Three tablespoons of oil
  • Half cup of water

Preparing steps

  • First add the chopped chicken to a dish and add a tablespoon of vinegar. Then add pepper, chilli, fried curry powder to the chicken respectively.

  • *Add salt to the mixture, stir well with the chicken pieces and season for 30 minutes. Now put a pan on the stove and lightly fry the fennel and coriander and grind.

  • *Now take an aluminum bowl and put it on the stove and add three tablespoons of oil and when the oil heats up add the rumpe, curry leaves, cinnamon sticks and cloves respectively.

  • *Then add cardamom to it. When they are well combined, add the chopped garlic, crushed ginger and onion and cook until golden brown.

  • Add seasoned chicken pieces to it. Stir it well, reduce the heat to low and cover with a lid. Stir from time to time. When the chicken starts to boil, add the pre-fried fennel and coriander mixture and stir.

  • Then add sugar to it. Then add half a cup of water, stir, cover with a lid and simmer over low heat.
