Modern architectural features of Mudalige Dream Paradise
Hello my loving Architecture+Design community members,

How are you I have been extremely busy for the past two months, so I am sorry that I have not had the opportunity to present any content on this platform. However, I consider it a privilege to be able to present a content at this time. Whenever I get the chance to travel or travel to a place, I make a specialty of exploring its architectural features. Last month I received an invitation to a wedding of one of my dearest friends. So, the ceremony hall where this wedding was held was located about six kilometers away from my house, so it was very easy for me to reach there. Called Mudali's Dream Paradise, this reception hall is located in the village of Pilana in Galle district. In today's content, I hope to present to you the unique architectural elements that were located in this festival hall.

Because every country has its own tradition, Sri Lanka also follows a separate tradition for wedding ceremonies. After booking a wedding ceremony, any reception hall arranges the decorations in a traditional manner. The party booking the wedding ceremony can get chair decoration colors and table decoration colors in this ceremony hall. My friend had chosen red and white colored table decorations and chair decorations. A flower bay was created by combining many types of artificial flowers and the traditional raft was created in poruwa to it. It is on this seat that the bridegroom and the bride sit at the wedding ceremony. There are some semi-dark lights in this place as we have to take pictures regularly. It is really beautifully and elegantly arranged.

The way the tables and chairs are decorated in Mudali's Dream Paradise is very attractive, especially the artificial flowers are displayed in vases made of wood. I can say that the charm here is a very attractive feature for the guests who sit here.

A variety of beautiful light bulbs hang down from the concrete ceiling of the ballroom. The glow they give to the festival hall is very attractive. I can clearly state that this is a unique architectural feature. This festival hall is given more value by having these features that attract visitors.

The dining hall on the other side of the building is decorated with tables and chairs similar to the front. In the dining hall, several concrete pillars have been built and used to support the roof. Because it was built recently, modern architectural elements have been used for this purpose. You can enjoy the beauty of the surrounding paddy fields as well as the caress of the wind through the dining hall built with the concept of giving priority to nature.

In addition to chairs and tables for outdoor lounging, there are concrete benches and tables made of cement. A type of cement stone was seen everywhere in the open air. Therefore, visitors have the opportunity to travel safely everywhere.

An outdoor garden was also seen at mudalige dream paradise. A small pond has also been created here to raise fish as it is close to the paddy fields. A wooden bridge made of iron frames with a slight curve to cross over the pond can be seen here, and it appears that it was designed under the concept of putting nature first. This outdoor park is specially made for kids. The zone featured several activities for the little ones to enjoy.

Generally small bamboo trees in Sri Lanka are used for garden decoration. Therefore, even in this garden, many small bamboo bushes were gathered together. Many of these small bamboo bushes were made in concrete in a curved shape using cement.

There are seesaws and swings that are much loved by young children in a children's park. It is commendable to have such facilities for children's activities especially as small children attend weddings. These iron frames have been painted in various colors to increase the appeal of small children.

Here you can see a building for holding alcohol parties, which is one of the elements of the wedding ceremony. This completely open layout is designed for free-drinking parties. Wooden pillars were used to support the roof covered with old tiles. These are very strong. It should be noted that there are no walls in this building. The building is covered with wood creating empty spaces. Very attractive shapes are used for that.

Mudalige dream paradise reception hall appears to be small at the entrance, but once inside it is found to be very spacious. More space has been reserved for the garden zone here. Also, by planting different types of beautiful trees, plants, etc., it shows the love for the environment. At present, more and more are used for such creations, destroying the environment. In such a situation, building an environment friendly atmosphere is a matter of happiness.

At the end of the garden, there was a small pond that was used to raise fish, which was designed in a very beautiful way. The place was decorated with various plants and trees which brought beauty. Also, it is attractive to have water flowing down through the walls like a waterfall. The use of such beautiful architectural elements that bring attraction to man is the reason why many visitors come to this place.

Another unique place that caught my attention was built using pieces of wood with a roof covered with old tiles. This place was made to enjoy the beauty of the environment and the caress of the wind freely. In fact, the shape of the roof of that place is sure to get special attention.

You can clearly see that the building is made using modern architectural elements. Here I am showing you wedding decorations made using traditional carvings. Flower decorations can be seen here that can attract the guests entering the wedding ceremony. Especially red and white color is used for the same marriage ceremony because the marriage is performed on the same day by the bride and groom.

According to the Sri Lankan culture, the sun and the moon are given a prominent place, so here we saw the carvings of the sun and the moon at one place. Traditional carvings were made of wood around the roof of this building. Modern ceiling tiles have also been used for the ceiling.

I got to see a unique architectural element in the front of this festival hall. With a wall painted in black color, this place is really attractive. Two open windows of rectangular shape are also built between these walls.

This concludes the unique architectural features I saw on this beautiful journey. Temporarily goodbye until we meet with another such unique content.

Your detailed description of Mudali's Dream Paradise and its unique architectural elements is fascinating. It's clear that this venue is not only designed for weddings but also as a space to appreciate the beauty of nature and culture. The attention to detail in decorations and the careful use of colors enhance the overall experience. Thank you for sharing this wonderful journey and the beautiful photos that accompany it.
I haven't had a chance to post content on this platform as I have been very busy with my work for the past two months. Therefore, no content can be seen from my profile.
The place is used not only for weddings but also for conferences. Traditional carvings and decorations to show more cultural value have been completed in this festival hall. The concept of the follower to protect the beauty of nature is more prominent here. Thank you for asking @rem-steem

I haven't been to a wedding in years and they are my favorite celebrations, so I'm glad you were able to go and celebrate with your friends.
The reception hall is beautiful in terms of its architecture and decor, it has so many details to photograph, the natural spaces are also beautiful.
If we have a sincere desire, we can study various architectures in any conference hall. Therefore, during my free time, I explored the architectural elements in this beautiful recreation hall. Usually, in our country, we get an invitation to the wedding ceremony every two months. We therefore have an opportunity to study this kind of festival hall which is designed using various architectural elements.

Wow! very nice decoration, the weddings are characterized by beautiful decorations, they have special care in the details to give the guests a nice and comfortable atmosphere; the building has a great design, my favorite part is the natural environment, it gives a fresh, country and sophisticated style.
Greetings!
In fact, there is a good setting here for the guests to spend time with a comfortable atmosphere. Especially the light from the lamps spreads throughout the hall. Everyone is impressed by the way the natural environment is arranged. Greetings!
