This is how we made cutlets from soymeat so deliciously at home.

How are you hivers? I really believe that you are in good healthy staying home or work station and trying to improve Hive activities. Today is holiday to my professional works. So I did some important works morning and noon time. So I dedicated my evening time for prepare delicious food. This time I changed my plan and decided to prepare snack for evening table. So in this post I'm going to publish how we made cutlets from soymeat so deliciously at home.

Ingredients required

  • A packet of soymeat
  • Chopped onions
  • Four chopped green chilies
  • Crushed garlic
  • A cup of hot water

  • 200 grams of boiled potatoes
  • A cup of oil
  • A teaspoon of raw curry powder
  • Half a tablespoon of pepper powder
  • Tablespoon of chili pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • A little bit of turmeric powder

  • 75 grams of bread flour for batter
  • Bread crumbs

Preparing method

  • Put soymeat in salted hot water and let it soak for about 15 minutes.

  • Squeeze the well-drained soymeat tightly until the water evaporates. Once the water is squeezed, put it in a grinder and grind well.

  • Add salt, pepper powder, chilli powder and raw curry powder to the minced soymeat to taste and stir well.

  • Put a pan on the stove and add a little oil. When the oil heats up, add the crushed garlic, chopped onion and chopped green chillies and bring to the boil.

  • When the mixture is fried, add some soymeat and mix well.

  • Mash the boiled potatoes well. Add the mashed potatoes.

  • Add a little water to the wheat flour and turmeric and make a thick batter that does not melt.

  • Once the soymeat and potato mixture is twinned, make balls.

  • Now place the cutlets in the batter, wrap in bread crumbs and deep fry in oil until golden brown.

Before write this recipe introduction I ate soymeat cutlets few minutes ago. It had really delicious and different flavor than other types of cutlets. This was very first time we had prepare soymeat cutlets since our kitchen.

This looks like pork balls in our country but made in ground pork instead of soy meat but the process is just the same 😍😄 how nice! I'm sure it taste delicious too, just like the picture,it looks yummy! 😋🤩

Yeah it was so delicious and never tasted before. However cutlet recipes very similar only change main ingredient.

Found the recipe that I have been looking for!! Wanted to have a much healthier alternative to the usual pork cutlet since I don't eat pork anymore. This would be a fun dish to try😋😍
