Deliciosa Sopa de Minestrone con Pollo y Huevo/Delicious Minestrone Soup with Chicken and Egg

Hola hivers, bienvenidos a mi blog y los invito a preparar esta deliciosa sopa de minestrone, muy fácil de hacer y acá les dejo la receta.

Vamos a necesitar/ We are going to need:
Alas de pollo/ Chicken wings.
Huevos/ Eggs.
Sobre de Sopa de Minestrone/ Minestrone Soup Envelope.
Cebolla, zanahoria, papa, ají, cebolla larga, cilantro y ajoporro/ Onion, carrot, potato, chili, long onion, coriander and leek.
Sal/ Salt.

Cortar cebolla zanahoria, papa y ají en trozos pequeños.

Cut onion, carrot, potato and chili into small pieces.

Colocar los vegetales a cocinar en una olla con agua.

Place the vegetables to cook in a pot with water.

Añadir las alas de pollo a la olla.

Add the chicken wings to the pot.

Cortar cilantro, ajoporro y cebolla larga en trozos pequeños. Añadir a la olla.

Cut coriander, leek and long onion into small pieces. Add to pot.

Añadir la cantidad de huevos que desee a la sopa.

Add as many eggs as you like to the soup.

Agregar el sobre de Minestrone y dejar cocinar la sopa hasta que los vegetales hayan ablandado. De ser necesario añadir sal.

Add the Minestrone sachet and let the soup cook until the vegetables have softened. If necessary add salt.
