A warm greeting and a big hug dear readers, I am @magdiel7(Mag) and in this opportunity I want to share with you "The price cycles". The market is composed of different cycles and one of them is the price cycle, today I want to talk to you and explain a little bit about this. In the previous post where I explained the market cycles, I talked about that the market cycles were composed by two (2) zones, one was the accumulation zone and the other one was the trend zone, today, I will talk you a little bit about these zones.

Accumulation and distribution zone

The accumulation zone, is where the buying accumulates and at some point the zone is going to become unbalanced because there are going to be more buyers than sellers and the price is going to start to rise. Then it reaches a Distribution zone which is nothing more than a consolidation zone where again there is going to be a change between buyers and sellers, because those who had already bought, started to take profits and the part between buyers and sellers is going to be balanced and then there is a downward trend again.

False breakouts

In a consolidation zone you can notice that the price can neither create higher highs, nor lower lows, after that comes the breakout of the zone and the price goes back to sort of "retesting" and then continues its trend. If the price can no longer make higher highs or lower lows, it is in a consolidation or distribution zone. As the price tries to break out of the zone, it can cause false breaks out of the zone and then back into the zone.

During these movements the price can have failures, it can have "Double tops", "Shoulder head shoulder" and it is there where the chartist figures are generated and then the price begins to have a trend and when it leaves the trend it enters again in a "zone of consolidation or Distribution". Something very important is that after an uptrend or downtrend and the price enters a consolidation or distribution zone and the buyers continue to enter in that zone, the price will continue to rise, then there will be no more buyers and the price will rise or fall depending on the type of trend that is found.

What about consolidation?

A market in consolidation can create neither higher highs, nor lower lows. Consolidation is never that accurate because of price behaviour, making any kind of trade in these conditions is usually very difficult. Generally in this type of market it is best to trade at the extremes (from the extreme to the centre), but in this type of market you can also trade in the middle, as there are still parts where the price is still unwinding and there are still opportunities to make a trade, although it is not recommended that you do not. This type of market is often referred to as "Sideways".

Remarks

If you analyse the highs and lows in more detail, you will notice that the price impulses do not go up or down in a straight line, they go up or down and leave consolidations where the price takes a break to go up or down.

If we can understand the market and price cycles we can also understand candlestick movements and increase the percentage (%) of opportunities to make trades that are more likely to be successful.

As we could see, the market moves in different directions and these directions are the ones that show us the trends.

Ciclos del precio en el mercado - Parte 1 °

Un cordial saludo y un fuerte abrazo queridos lectores y lectoras, yo soy @magdiel7(Mag) y en esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes “Los ciclos del precio”. El mercado está compuesto por diferentes y uno de ello es el ciclo del precio, el día de hoy quiero hablarles y explicarle un poco acerca de esto. En la publicación anterior donde explicaba los ciclos del mercado, yo hablaba que los ciclos del mercado estaban compuestos por dos (2) zonas, una era la zona de acumulación y la otra era de tendencia, el día de hoy, les hablare un poco sobre estas zonas.

Zona de acumulación y distribución

La zona de acumulación, es donde se acumulan las compras y en algún momento la zona se va a desbalancear porque van a haber más compradores que vendedores y el precio se va a subir. Luego llega a una Zona de distribución que no es más que una zona de consolidación donde nuevamente va a haber un cambio entre compradores y vendedores, porque los que ya están comprado, empezaron a tomar ganancias y se va a equilibrar la parte entre compradores y vendedores y nuevamente hay una tendencia bajista.

Falsos rompimientos

En una zona de consolidación se puede notar que el precio no puede crear ni máximos, ni mínimos más bajos, de eso viene el rompimiento de la zona y el precio vuelve como a "retestear" y luego continúa su tendencia. Si el precio ya no puede hacer ni máximos más altos, ni mínimos más bajos, quiere decir que está en una zona de consolidación o distribución. Mientras el precio intenta escapar de la zona, puede ocasionar rompimientos falsos de la zona para después volver a regresar a la zona.

Durante esos movimientos el precio puede tener fallas, puede tener “Doble techos”, “Hombro cabeza hombro” y es ahí donde se van generando las figuras chartistas y luego el precio empieza a tener una tendencia y al salir de la tendencia vuelve a entrar en una “zona de consolidación o distribución”. Algo muy importante es que tras una tendencia alcista o bajista y el precio entra en una zona de consolidación o distribución y los compradores siguen entrando en esa zona, el precio va a seguir subiendo, luego ya no van a haber compradores y el precio subirá o bajará dependiendo del tipo de tendencia que se encuentre.

¿Qué pasa con la consolidación?

Un mercado en consolidación no puede crear ni máximos más altos, ni mínimos más bajos. La consolidación nunca es tan exacta por el comportamiento del precio, realizar algún tipo de operación en estas condiciones normalmente suele ser muy difícil. Generalmente en este tipo de mercados lo mejor es realizar operaciones a los extremos (del extremo hacia el centro), pero en este tipo de mercado también se puede operar en el medio, ya que aún hay partes donde el ´precio se sigue desenvolviendo y aún hay oportunidades para realizar una operación aunque no las recomendable es que no. A este tipo de mercado suele llamar “Lateralización”.

Observaciones

Si se analizan los altos y bajos más a detalle, se darán cuenta que los impulsos del precio no suben o bajan en línea recta, van subiendo o bajando y van dejando consolidaciones donde el precio toma un descanso para subir o bajar.

Si logramos entender los movimientos de las velas japonesas y del precio también se pueden entender los movimientos de las velas japonesas y aumenta el porcentaje (%) de oportunidades para realizar operaciones y que estas tienen más probabilidades de ser exitosas.

Como pudimos ver, el mercado se mueve en diferentes direcciones y estas direcciones son las que nos muestran las tendencias.
