What comes after hitting rock bottom? 🎯.
A totally different person with new properties and a desire to get ahead. Full of motivation and optimism. After hitting rock bottom I realized that it only depended on me to be well and so I learned to close stages and let go of what was not good for me. How I also accepted places that were not for me, stopped insisting where they did not know how to value me and decided not to go after anyone trying to understand attitudes that hurt me .
I learned that it is not worth clinging to anyone, I began to take care of my self-love and prioritize my peace of mind. I hit rock bottom, I managed to get up and never gave up, how I also learned that bad stages are temporary and that there is always a light at the end of everything, that light which then makes you shine much brighter than before.

Que viene después de tocar fondo ?🫀🎯.
Una persona totalmente distinta con nuevas propiedades y con unas ganas de salir adelante. Llena de motivación y optimismo. Después de tocar fondo me dí cuenta qué solo dependía de mí para estar bien y así hice aprendí a cerrar etapas y a soltar aquello que no me hacía bien. Cómo también acepte sitios que no eran para mí, deja de insistir dónde no sabían valorar me y decidí no andar detrás de nadie intentando comprender actitudes que me hacían daño 🫀.
Aprendí que no vale la pena aferrarse a nadie, empecé a cuidar mi amor propio y a priorizar mí Paz mental. Toqué fondo logré levantarme y nunca me rendí, cómo también aprendí qué las malas etapas son temporales y que siempre hay una luz al final de todo esa luz qué luego te hace brillar muchísimo más que antes.
