Comenzaremos con un previo calentamiento, extensión de cuádriceps 12 repeticiones x 5 rondas, prensa utilicen un peso que puedan dominar 12 repeticiones x 4 rondas, sentadilla sumó 12 repeticiones x 4 rondas, femoral 12 repeticiones x 4 rondas, entre series tomen un tiempo de descanso entre 45 a 60 segundos espero que esta rutina les guste 🔥
