The title of the song is "Control" otherwise known as Here I am.

In life everyone has laid out plans on how to achieve great things in life but sometimes after all the struggles and sacrifices towards this goal, we end up with disappointments or insatisfaction from the results we get. That is why the song advices that we should at some points in our life allow God to have control of all things in our lives since he is the master planner and the creator of all things.

This song reminds me of the famous dictum which goes "it is a virtue to accept the things we cant change and to change the ones we can".
