What's up with Hiveblocks?

Earlier this week I received the error message shown in the cover image. I needed to reboot my computer and clear out my web browser cache at the time, so I thought it was just at my end. The problem I had this weekend with D.Buzz was resolved by doing those things as well as by upgrading to a new version of the front-end, so I thought this would do the trick for Hiveblocks.

Although I had been checking occasionaly since then, I figured the witness or other techs were aware of the disruption or working to restore service.

Today at #dbuzz I saw a buzz from @savvyplayer which noted this problem. So it wasn't just at my end; something serious was happening.

The cover image suggested leaving a comment on the help thread, so that's what I did.

I also posted a commetnt at today's edition of the Daily Crypto Markets Live Blog at LeoFinance to see if anyone there had any idea what was going on there.

I'm publishing this post as an FYI to people out there in case they encounter the same trouble with Hiveblocks.

Beyond these notifications, there's not much more I can do at this end. Hiveblocks will be back in service; I just don't know when.

I don’t think consensus witnesses have anything to do with hiveblocks. As far as I know, it’s something that @roadscape maintains on his own. Maybe he’s got something going on IRL that’s got his full attention?

It's not a witness problem, but I thought a witness was responsible for the node which has Hiveblocks.

Thanks for letting me know that @roadscape takes care of Hiveblocks. Real life happens, and that takes precedence over anything we do here. I hope "@"roadscape is OK.
