Chicken apple gourd stew (tindy chicken)

Hello hi everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my another recipe blog in the community @hivelearners . Sunday is also a day of special food for enjoying at lunch . Today I cooked chicken apple I gourd stew . This is not my favourite but my mothers favourite vegetable . It's also known Indian gourd . After many years today I cooked this vegetable . I want to share my recipe with all of you so let's start the .
Ingredients
One kg chicken
One kg apple gourd
Onions
Tomato
Green chillies
Crushed Ginger garlic
Fresh green coriander
Spices
Salt
Turmeric
Red chilli
Chilli flakes
Black pepper
Cumin seeds
Garam masala
**Process **
First I cut apple gourd into small pieces then washed under water very well . Then I also cleaned and washed chicken and put all . Later on I cut other ingredients like onions ginger garlic and green. Chopped them into the chopper machine .



I fired chicken in the oil till the golden brown then added chopped ingredients and tomato slices . I mixed well and cooked 5 minutes .


I added half glass water for cooking the ingredients and chicken . Then I added whole spices that I mentioned above .


Later on I added apple gourd vegetable in the chicken and mixed well .

I added one and half glass water in the vegetable and covered with lid under midum flame for cooking till the oil separated and gravy dry .

When vegetable cooked I spread fresh green coriander and black pepper and garam masala . I served it with flatbread.
