Colourful layers Biryani

Hello hi everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my another recipe blog .I hope you guys all are well and enjoying yummy food today . I cooked delicious colourful layers Biryani for today lunch . I want to share my recipe with all of you so let's start the process .
Ingredients
One kg chicken
Three big size tomatoes
Ginger garlic paste
Green chillies
One kg rice
Spices
Salt
Red chilli
Chilli flakes
Dry coriander
Cumin seeds
Black pepper
Yogurt
Biryani masala
Lemon juice
Green coriander
Food colour
Process
First I cut whole ingredients and washed chicken well . Then I fried onions in the oil till the light colour .


After frying onions I added tomatoes green chillies and ginger garlic paste then again cooked ingredients .

Later on I added chicken in the mixture and cooked again . I fried chicken in the ingredients till the colour change and fried we . This step gives more taste .

Then I added whole spices like salt bryani masala red chilli turmeric chilli flakes and tamarind . Then I added one glass water so that spices mixed well and chicken also cooked .

Chicken gravy was ready then I boiled rice atta other side of stove and added lemon 🍋 cumin seeds and salt .

Thei started final step and layer the chicken gravy boiled rice again and again . At the last I spread yellow food colour and put on dum .


Final look
