Okra with onions

Hello hi guys and my hiver friends how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my blog. Today is Sunday and also creative-sunday for making some creativity in any thing. My creativity is a delicious recipe that i made in lunch time. I cooked Okra with onions. It's a summer special recipe for lunch time. I served it with also achar for enjoying the meal. In many ways it cooked with chicken beef mutton etc. I cooked it with onions. I also used my home ingredients that were already available. I want to share with all of you. First i will tell ingredients and spices then start the process.
Process
Half kg Okra
Two big size onions
Tomato
Green chillies
Yogurt

Spices
Salt
Red chilli
Turmeric
Dry coriander
Chilli flakes
Black pepper
Garm masala
Process
First i washed okra very well under the water then i put them in a strainer for drying ten minutes. Then i cut them into small pieces. Some people jut cut corners. Then i took a wide pan put some oil . After this i added cut okra in the oil for frying.

After frying okra i took out it from oil and put in a dish. Now i added cut onions in the oil alsi for frying. Then i added green chillies and tomato also in the onions.



I cooked these ingredients for two minutes then i added whole spices in it also added two tablespoons yoghurt and cooked for five minutes also adding some water.


After cooking onions gravy i added fried okra in the gravy. Then mixed it and covered with lid for dum at low flame.


I opened lid after five to ten minutes and my delicious recipe is ready. I was in hurry so i can't dish out it for making final picture. I took final picture in pot you can see here.

What part of the world are you from because this is my first time of coming across this type of food and can it be served with swallow or grains like rice or spaghetti?
I am from Pakistan. We eat this vegetable with flatbread or chapati. This vegetable is very common for us in summers.
