Omelette stuffed Sandwiches 🥪

Hello 👋 everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my another recipe blog. I hope you guys all are well. So today again here with new recipe for sharing with all of you and also a creativity for the creative-sunday in @hivelearners. After washing clothes I feel some fast food cravings. I found some ING in the fridge so then I thought for making myself some. It's a Omelette stuffed Sandwiches . I want to share my recipe with all of you so let's start the process.

Process

Bread

Two eggs

One green chilli

Spices

Salt

Red chilli

Black pepper

Dry grind coriander

Ketchup

Chat masala

A pinch turmeric

Process

First I took out bread from the fridge and put them in a plate. Then I took two eggs added salt red chilli cut green chilli dry coriander black pepper and turmeric in the eggs then blended with spoon for making a mixture.

Now I took griddle put on low flame and spread oil on it for making omelette. I fried both sides and cut into pieces for stuffing.

Same pan I hoted bread at the both sides for the stuffing. I took one slice spread ketchup with spoon then put one piece of omelette on it I spread chat masala then again I spread ketchup and the last I folded it with other slice of bread. You guys can add more spices like cheese and many other ingredients. I cut with knife in triangle shape.

My sandwich are ready for eating and for finishing my cravings. I served it also to my sister and mother.
