Rice Flour Lumps or Rice flour Laddo

Hello hi everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my blog. I hope you guys all are well and making amazing artwork and delicious food for creative-sunday. As usual I also ready a new Pakistani and Indian famous Rice Flour Lumps or Rice flour Laddo. This sweet is very famous specifically in winters. I learned to make this sweet from my mother. In this winters I asked for making myself. Because we packed these rice flour Laddo for cousins. I want to share my recipe with all of you so let's start the process.
Ingredients
Two kg rice flour
One kg jaggery
Sesame seeds
Coconut small pieces
Nuts
Raisins or dry grapes
Half kg ghee
Process
First I cleaned rice then grind them in the grinder in flour for making Laddo.

I ready whole ingredients and put them near the stove for making my sweet. I took big pan put two glass water in it then added one kg jaggery in the water and cooked till jaggery convert into thick liquid. I also added half kg ghee or you can use low quantity of ghee as your taste.


After preparing jaggery mixture I added rice flour in the it and mixed well. Then I added whole nuts and sesame seeds in the rice flour mixture. The main part is to stir spoon constantly until the mixture made smooth.



Later on I gave the round balls shape also like Laddo. I filled tray with ladoos. Final look you can see.
