We should always respect our elders

We should always respect elders, one who is older than my age always deserves respect. He who is one day older than me should be respected, because he was born in this world one day earlier, he is one day older than me, he has seen this world one day more than me, his knowledge is one day more than me.

Sometimes I can't respect my elders, I think myself too big. It should be remembered that he who thinks himself big can never be big. Respect is earned by giving respect to other people.

Let me share a story, read it very well, a king went to the forest to hunt birds, he saw a bird sitting on a tree branch. Then the king took out an arrow to kill the bird. When the king shot the arrow the bird flew away.

The king was ashamed of not being able to kill the bird, he had a wise minister by his side, he then said, the king could have killed the bird if he wanted, but he did not kill the bird on purpose, the king had mercy on the bird. The king was happy to hear this. Here the minister protected the honor of the king.

Many times we are rude to our elders, there are many of us who are rude to their parents and do not respect them either, remember that rudeness will be deprived of everything, such rudeness will also be deprived of the mercy of Allah Ta'ala.
