A delicious cappuccino [ESP/ENG]

Hello my dear coffee-loving friends, today I want you to join me for a delicious cappuccino in a place that literally seems like a fairy tale. Have you ever read The Little Prince, that philosophical fable by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry? Those of you who have surely read it will understand how special this place is, perfectly blending two concepts: on the one hand, we have the love for this classic that invites us to introspection, and on the other, we have coffee. It's as simple as that; it's like enjoying this delicious beverage on asteroid B-612.

The Coffeeshop is full of references to the book, figures of the Little Prince everywhere, the fox who wanted to be tamed and his famous phrase "What is essential is invisible to the eyes," the vain rose covered by the glass dome—all these elements serve to mentally transport you to that wonderful story, and if you want to take merchandise home, they sell it to you there.

The place is very small, consisting of a single room with an open-concept kitchen, which can give customers a sense of security as they watch the desserts being prepared. The music is at a suitable volume, creating a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The menu is quite simple, featuring only the café's logo (The Little Prince and the fox) and, of course, the menu items. There's a good variety to choose from.

The service is wonderful; the girls who work there are very attentive and explain in detail anything you didn't understand or wasn't clear on the menu. They might not have had a good day, but they don't let that show in their service. They're very charismatic, and I really appreciate that. Another thing I liked is that while you wait for your order, you can pass the time doing crossword puzzles or coloring, which enhances the experience.

My choice? As I mentioned at the beginning of this post, it was a cappuccino (the classic Italian coffee drink). I love the barista's artistry! There are two sugar packets on the saucer (I used both because I like my coffee sweet), but they also give you the option of using sweetener. The texture was subtly wonderful (I love coffee with foam), and the flavor—wow!—a perfect balance between espresso and evaporated milk, a delight for my taste buds and the ideal accompaniment to that bohemian and surreal atmosphere. 🤗 😊

In conclusion, if you live in or are visiting Valencia, Venezuela, you absolutely must visit El Principito to experience it; it's simply out of this world. Well, since nothing is perfect, I did find one small but significant flaw 😏, and that's that the café is so small it doesn't have public restrooms, so it's probably best not to drink too much coffee, hehe. Hola mis queridos amigos amantes del café, hoy quiero que me acompañen a degustar un delicioso capuchino en un lugar que literalmente parece un cuento de hadas. ¿Alguna vez han leído El Principito, esa fábula filosófica de Antoine de Saint-Exupéry? Los que seguramente ya la leyeron comprenderán lo especial que es este lugar el cual mezcla a la perfección dos conceptos: por un lado tenemos el amor por este clásico que nos invita a la introspección, y por el otro tenemos el café, tan sencillo como eso, es como degustar esta deliciosa bebida en el asteroide B-612.

La cafetería está llena de referencias del libro, figuras del Principito por doquier, el zorro que quería ser domesticado y su famosa frase "Lo esencial es invisible a los ojos" La rosa vanidosa cubierta por la cúpula de cristal, todo, todos estos elementos sirven para trasladarte mentalmente a esa maravillosa historia, y si quieres llevarte mercancía a casa, ellos te la venden allí.

El lugar es muy pequeño, consta de una sola habitación en la cuál se ve la cocina (concepto abierto) lo cuál puede generar una sensación de seguridad en los clientes al ver de qué manera preparan los postres, la música a un volumen adecuado, es apacible y genera un ambiente acogedor. La carta es bastante sencilla, solo contiene el logo de la cafetería (El Principito y el zorro) y obviamente el menú. Hay una buena variedad para elegir.

La atención es maravillosa, las chicas que trabajan allí son muy atentas y te explican con detalle lo que sea que no hayas entendido o no te haya quedado claro del menú, quizá no hayan tenido un buen día pero ellas no lo reflejan en su atención, son muy carismáticas y yo valoro mucho eso. Otra cosa que valoré es que mientras esperas tu pedido puedes pasar el tiempo haciendo crucigramas o coloreando, lo que eleva el nivel de tu experiencia.

¿Mi elección? Como ya les dije al inicio de esta publicación fue un capuchino (la bebida de café italiana clásica) ¡Me encanta el trabajo artístico del barista! Sobre el platito de la taza vienen dos sobrecitos de azúcar (yo usé ambos porque me gusta el café dulce) pero también te dan la opción de usar edulcorante. La textura era sutilmente maravillosa (amo el café con espuma) el sabor ¡Wow! un balance perfecto entre el café expreso y la leche evaporada, un deleite para mis papilas gustativas y el acompañamiento ideal para es atmósfera bohemia y surrealista. 🤗 😊

En conclusión, si viven o están en la ciudad de Valencia, Venezuela, no pueden dejar de visitar El Principito para vivir la experiencia, es simplemente fuera de este mundo. Bueno, como no todo puede ser perfecto, solo encontré un pequeño gran defecto 😏, y es que el Café es tan pequeño que no cuenta con baños para el publico, así que será mejor que no tomes demasiado café, jeje.
