Denim Style [For a casual outing] ESP/ENG

Hello, my dear fashionista friends! Today I want to share the outfit I chose for an outing with my sister to my favorite spot in the entire city: a restaurant themed around my favorite saga, Harry Potter. For this look, I combined two things I love: the color black and denim. For the top, I chose a black blouse featuring subtle, almost ethereal white details that add a slight psychedelic touch 😄; the fabric is very flexible and stretchy, making it incredibly comfortable to wear.
Hola mis queridos amigos fashionistas, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes mi outfit para salir con mi hermana a mi lugar preferido en toda la ciudad, un restaurante con temática de mi saga favorita, Harry Potter. Para esto opté entre dos cosas que me gustan: el color negro y el jean. Para la parte superior opté por una blusa negra con algunos detalles blancos pero muy sutiles, casi etéreos que le dan un ligero toque psicodélico 😄, la tela es muy flexible, estira fácilmente, lo cual me hace sentir muy cómoda.
I wanted to elevate this look by adding a denim vest to give it a slightly more urban vibe; however, what I really like about this vest is how it breaks the mold thanks to its unique details. First, there’s the cut, which flatters the figure—especially the waist—and second, the design across the chest. It features snaps that allow it to be worn open or closed, but when you fasten it, those details—giving it a sort of "military bodice" look—make it look amazing. It’s especially striking in person, as the camera just doesn't do it justice.
Pero yo quise elevar este look usando un chaleco de Jean para darle un estilo un poco más urbano, sin embargo lo que me agrada de este chaleco es que se sale de lo convencional por los detalles que tiene: En primer lugar su corte, el cual resalta la figura, en especial la cintura, y en segundo lugar por el diseño que tiene en el pecho. El chaleco tiene algunos broches para que se pueda usar abierto cerrado, sin embargo cuando lo cierras, esos detalles que le dan un aspecto de “corpiño militar” hace que se vea brutal, en especial en vivo porque la cámara no le hace justicia.
For the bottom, I wore jeans as well, but in a darker wash and with fun details—like intentional distressing or rips and some lovely butterfly embroidery—that help soften the overall sobriety of the look; the shoes are black and sporty for added comfort (I love being comfortable when I’m in my element).
Abajo usé un pantalón también de jean pero de una tela más oscura y algunos detalles que lo vuelven divertido, detalles como desgaste o rotos intencionales y algunos bordados de mariposas preciosos que ayudan a distender la sobriedad, los zapatos son negros y deportivos para una mayor comodidad (amo estar cómoda cuando estoy en mi elemento).
So, what do you think of this look? Or perhaps you’d prefer something more… magical—something with more personality, like a Hogwarts uniform. In this case, I’m wearing the Gryffindor one, though my true house is Ravenclaw.
¿Y bien, qué opinan ustedes de este look? O quizá prefieran algo más… mágico, algo con más personalidad, como el uniforme de Hogwarts, en este caso llevo el de Gryffindor, pero mi verdadera casa es Ravenclaw.
