El maravilloso propósito de la flor de loto (ESP/ENG)

Hola amigos, muchos de ustedes probablemente han escuchado hablar acerca de esta preciosa flor tan popular y significativa para la cultura asiática, pero quizá no todos conozcan porqué es tan especial entre todas las flores, por esa razón el día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes las características de la flor protagonista de esta preciosa comunidad, y que usualmente se usan como metáfora para aplicar en la vida de los seres humanos.

Hello friends, many of you have probably heard about this precious flower so popular and significant for the Asian culture, but perhaps not everyone knows why it is so special among all the flowers, for that reason today I want to share with you the characteristics of the protagonist flower of this precious community, and that are usually used as a metaphor to apply in the lives of human beings.

The lotus flower is an aquatic plant that blooms in spring and remains until summer, it is very particular for many things, first of all, the fruits of the plant are found inside the flower, but what makes it even more special besides its incomparable beauty, is the fact that it grows in ponds, or in swamps, in turbid and impure waters, it rises above them and opens its petals in all its splendor. But not only does it live in turbid waters, it needs them to nourish and prosper, but in the process it purifies the water.

For that reason this plant is taken as the representation of the human soul in its passage through this world, the soul is born pure, white, unblemished, with many qualities to prosper in every way, on its way it will find dirt, sometimes a lot, so much that it can become disappointed or depressed, but if that soul imitates the lotus flower taking that dirt to get the best of it and nourish itself, it will surely prosper and emerge in all its splendor, also cleaning its way, becoming stronger and more beautiful.

If there is no mud or dirt it is impossible to grow and flourish, perhaps that is the reason why God allows the evil in the world to coexist with us, so that we can learn from it, not to imitate it, but to take the best of the bad experiences or people to discover how strong we are and clean our path of those impurities to show our inner beauty and give the world our perfume and goodness.

There is also a metaphor that serves to affirm that a wonderful soul or a brilliant and talented mind can come from anywhere, even from the worst places or with the most dubious reputations. If a person knows very well how to use his or her potential to purify his or her environment and rise above the mire, he or she will always find success.
