She seems like an amazing woman. Having read a bit about corruption, and having lived and travelled in certain countries with plenty of corruption, I know that it is a major hindrance to both societal development and economic growth. Anyone who engages in corruption or even allows it should be summarily dismissed and punished.

Yes it should. She once served as a vice chair of the world bank and presently the coordinator of South Africa's economic recovery team. She's done really well.
