And when I tell you this, maybe the first thing that comes to your mind is the mistreatment that many people of color may have received, which did not respect their rights and did not give them their value...

However, there are also other types of slavery that not only involve human trafficking, but also the sexual part, child abuse...
Nowadays this day not only allows to remember what has happened years ago, but also what should not be allowed, because we do not distinguish the new forms of slavery, examples:

• That you are in jobs with exhausting workdays where they exploit your capacity and where you feel insecure to act or give your opinion.
• When your environment does not allow you to express yourself or decide,
• When you feel harassed because any contract you sign does not meet your expectations, does not protect you or where you make deals under threat,
• The demeaning or undignified treatment that some people who have emigrated from their country are receiving.

These and other cases should remind you how lucky you are and that when they literally cut your wings, your physical freedom, your way of thinking or your dreams come to an end, you become a slave... Watch out for that!... 😌
