The benefits of drinking water on an emptyomach include positive effects for flushing toxins(spoilt) from the body, increasing energy and immunity, reducing weight and increasing metabolism ( The chemical processes that occur within a living organism in order to maintain life) preventing headaches and kidney stones.
It help in the cleaning of bows and improves hair and skin health. Drinking two or three glasses of water right when you wake up is a good way to rehydrate your body quickly,it also help you with moving the lower bowels for regularity in the morning.
One of the main indicators of fatigue (stress)and tiredness is you are dehydrated.without anything to consume after a long period,the first thing you ingest in the morning can be a stock to the body.if that first thing is water it will get your body active and boost your alertness and low energy levels.
Remember that if you don't stay hydrated,your physical performance can suffer,give the water a shot instead of tea or coffee to kick start your day.
For some year now this is what I have been helping myself with staying fresh and looking good.

When there is an increased metabolic rate,it's mean that your digestive system has improved.the needed carbohydrates and protein that you consume daily are metabolized and transported through water all over the body, Having a sufficient amount of water in your system will help fire up your metabolism which can help with your diet and that of your family.
As you drink water in the morning on an empty stomach and release all the toxin and hence improve your digestive system,you will feel less hungry and all the craving for the day will reduced.it will prevent you from gaining weight caused by overeating.
A few glasses of water in the morning can help flush out all the toxins that in your body overnight
As you drink water,it's naturally stimulates movement in your bowels and also helps regularize your morning spree to your bathroom.As you drink water on an empty stomach in the morning please don't do this alone do it and influence the society .
