What’s up my fellow Splinternerds!

I hope all of you have had an awesome weekend and now back with full force. Well, the season has come almost near to the end and only 4 days left for us to reach our goal before the season timer hits Zero. I am still battling in Diamond I and trying my best to reach the Champ tier but it seems after the launch of the new Riftwatchers set it has become too complex to perform well without them. Unlike the chaos cards, the Riftwatchers cards are having much better valuation because of their their low print count and some legendary c cards are even selling for more then chaos airdrop summoners. However, I mist have collect them one by one before their price start to rise as we have seen with the last dice mini card set. Moreover, the Epic summoners that got launched with this new Riftwatchers set are pretty awesome so I am thinking to start with them.

In the screenshots above, I have shared my latest daily focus outcome in which I collected total 12 focus chests and opened them while in Diamond I. No doubt I was pretty happy after I redeemed that Gold foil Epic card Lava Launcher and also 3 Chaos Legion packs. Today also I played a fair amount of matches and collected total 10 focus chests. Today I got the Dragon Splinter as my daily focus rule and before I started playing, I rented the Dragon Jumper card from market along with Mimosa Nightshade and some good untamed and dice cards to increase the overall power of my collection. But I am yet to reach my Goal tier with approx 210 trophy points away. My ECR bar has also hot low after today’s playing and right now near 54% so I left it to recharge back a bit and will again play tomorrow.

DRAGON JUMPER

Now, let me move towards the main theme of this post as today, I am going to showcase a super monster Dragon Jumper with you all. Because of it’s unmatched stats and abilities, the Dragon Jumper is still the star melee player in modern mode gameplay. Mainly because if it’s Opportunity + Snare ability, this monster attacks the lowest health enemy card with a 100% Hit rate against Flying cards because of Snare every time and upon that, with it’s Stun ability, it may also apply Stun when attacking and makes the enemy card unable to attack for the next round. And lastly, the Flying ability increases if’s evade chance against non flyer card and also help to stay alive in Earthquake matches. Wooot… so much for a single card right?

Dragon Jumper is a legendary card the got launched with the untamed edition cards and it belongs to the Dragon Splinter. This monster costs a total of 7 mana to be used in battles and it’s attack type is melee. It possesses total 3 abilities in it’s max level such as - True Strike, Snare and Opportunity. Let us now take a deeper look into it’s overall stats and abilities tier wise at below.

Bronze

As it is a legendary card, you will only need 1 BCX to play in bronze. At level 1, this monster possesses 3 melee attack at 5 speed and 6 health along with 2 abilities since it’s initial level - Flying and Opportunity.

Silver

To play in Silver tier, you need a level 2 (3 BCXs) of this card and at thus level, this card gets 4 melee attack at 5 speed with 6 health and also gets another ability - Snare.

Gold

This card needs total 6 BCX cards to reach level 3 that is supported in Gold tier. At this level, this card possesses 4 melee attack at 5 speed and 6 health and also gets another new ability - Stun.

Diamond / Champ

This card becomes max at level 4 and you will need total 11 BCXs of this card to upgrade it to level 4. At this level, this card increases it’s melee attack power to 5 with 5 speed and also an increased 7 health along with those 4 abilities that I mentioned above.

Market Stat

Thou this is a comparatively newer edition card, but because of it’s super ability combos along with fast attack, this card becomes so popular and costly as well. Currently Dragon Jumper is being sold starting from 45$ per BCX and there’s also a max level available for 550$ on market. Mo doubt as the scarcity increases, this monster will gain more value over time.

mana Cap: 19

Splinters allowed: Fire, Earth, Life, Death and Dragon.

Ruleset:

Earthquake - Non flying monsters will get 2 damage on start of every round.

PELACOR CONJURER

At the first position of my lineup, I chose the reward card Pelacor Conjerur as my main defence. I used a level 10 here and it possesses no attack but with 5 speed and 8 health along with 4 abilities - Flying, Magic Reflect, Phase and Divine Shield.

image.png

SOUL FIEND

At the second position, I chose the Soul Fiend which costs only 0 mana but gives extra speed if used a max level. I am using a level 4 and it has 1 melee attack at 3 speed and 2 health along with the Swift ability.

image.png

BATTERING RAM

I selected the first Opportunity monster Battering Ram at the third place of my lineup. I used a max level here and it possesses 2 melee attack at 5 speed with 3 health and 2 abilities - opportunity and Shatter.

image.png

CELESTIAL HARPY

On the fourth place, I put my second Opportunity monster The Celestial Harpy mainly because of it’s flying, True Strike and Opportunity ability combo. I am using a level 8 here and it has 2 melee attack at 4 speed and 5 health.

image.png

DRAGON JUMPER

I placed our main character the Dragon Jumper at the fifth position of my lineup. As I have already discussed about it, let us move forward to the last monster.

image.png

NAGA ASSASSIN

To increase the speed of my lineup, I chose this Naga Assassin card at the rear most position of my lineup. It costs only 2 mana to be used in battles and was fitting the best in my lineup as I had inly 2 mana left. I used a max level here and it has 2 ranged attack at 6 speed and 5 health along with an awesome combo of 2 abilities - Swift and Backfire.

BATTLE BEGINS..

Well, it was only a 16 mana limit match this time and I was expecting my opponent to counter me with defences that possess Magic Reflect or Return Fire so I decided to make a melee friendly deck with multiple opportunity monsters. As I rented the Dragon Jumper, I could use 3 opportunity monsters back to back so I tried to make a strategy around it.

image.png

As the first round begins, my Naga missed its attack upon the enemy main defence Almo Cambio but then Jumper and Ram attacked the enemy Fiend back to back and killed it down. Next the Harpy took down the shield upon the Grenadier and it then attacked my Pelacor and took away it’s flying ability with snare and also damaged my fiend’s health down to 1 and the first round ended here.

image.png

At the second round, first I lost my Fiend due to Earthquake but right after, the Naga took down the shield from the Almo followed by my Jumper who attacked and killed down the enemy Grenadier. Next, the Ram attacked but missed it’s chance upon the Truthspeaker but then my Harpy broke the shield of that speaker and the round ended here.

image.png

I lost 2 of brave monsters, the Ram and Naga at the beginning of the third round due to Earthquake but right after that, the Angry Jumper attacked and put down the Truthspeaker to permanent sleep. Then, the Harpy wounded the Almo and the Third round ended here.

image.png

As the fourth round begins, both my opportunity monsters Jumper and Harpy attacked the enemy Almo and wounded down it’s health to 7. The round ended quickly here and in the fifth round, again those 2 attacked the Almo again and finally killed it down. As only the enemy Kinjo was alive in the opponent’s lineup, it got taken care smoothly by my Dragon Jumper at the beginning of 6 th round and thus I won the match.

I hope you also liked the performance of the Vampire Bat in this match. Do you also own this monster and use it in your battles and prefer other attackers over it? Let me know in the comments below and I will be seeing you all in my next post.

Wish you all good luck on all of your future Splinterlands matches.

I would love to use Dragon Jumper. His stats are a killer even at level 1. A truly legendary.
