Hello Splinterlands fam!

I hope you all are doing well in your lives and enjoying the day with your family and friends and of course. Waiting eagerly for Sunday. For those of you who play splinterlands regularly and seriously, make sure to enjoy this Sunday because you might get too busy to enjoy the next one. Because looking at this ongoing ranked season’s clock, we have less than 9 days left to meet its end, so though you feel light this week, by the time it comes to the next Sunday, we all will be too busy fighting in the splinterlands arena before the season end, and try to achieve our goals before entering the next ranked season. Now, I am sure most of you have already set a goal for yourselves in this season and working on that with total focus, whether it is to reach a certain league tier and claim some juicy league tier reward chests or fight against the OGs and claim a seat in the top champion leaderboard, I wish you all the best and hope you accomplish your mission quicker this time.

Moving on, let me now talk about the Frontier mode and my decent activities in this mode. As I have shared in my previous posts, I have been okay with this newly launched gameplay mode since its launch and not to mention, by now I am quite addicted to playing this mode and have been playing every day. I even played and completed all the 3 daily missions today and claimed a total of 3 foundation packs and 9 raffle entries. Currently, in this frontier ranked season, I am at the highest Gold I league tier with a trophy count of 3,240. Looking at this current frontier season’s raffle entries, so far I have earned 33 raffle entries and having more than a week left before the season ends, I think I can collect 17-18 more entries. But sadly, I know my bad luck very well, as even after playing and entering the previous 16 raffles with decent entries, I haven't won anything so far and don't think the trend will reverse. I will just keep playing anyway because my goal is to complete a max-level foundation card collection, and luckily, I am getting closer to that day by day. So, let’s see how many more days it takes for me to complete the task.

Bristleborn Brigand

Moving forward, let me now come to the main topic of this post, as today, I am about to showcase another awesome Conclave Arcana monster to you all. As you have already seen in the thumbnail above, today we will be learning about the Bristleborn Brigand. So, if you want to know more about this card, let’s take a dive without further ado.

The Bristleborn Brigand is a monster type card that was introduced in the game with the launch of Conclave Arcana core edition cards. This monster belongs to the Death element and comes from the Rodentian bloodline. By rarity, it is a common type card, so you will need a total of 400 CC cards in order to upgrade your Brigand monster card to its max level. The best feature of this card is its mana cost, which is only 2, so you can easily place this card in your lineup when playing literally any match, or the ones with the Little League ruleset. The attack type of this card is Ranged and apart from a decent attack, this monster also offers a solid combo of health + armour at a high speed and also comes with 2 abilities at its max level, which I am going to talk about later in this post. Let us now take a further look at this card’s league-wise stats and abilities below to find more about this monster.

BRONZE

At level 3, this monster possesses very decent stats of 1 ranged attack power at 1 speed with 2 armour and 3 health. Apart from that, it also gets the Snipe ability from its beginning level. So, this card can attack rear non-melee attackers since its initial level.

SNIPE - Magic and ranged attacks target the first non-melee enemy unit behind the first position.

SILVER

When this monster reaches level 5, it gets an increased stat of 1 ranged attack power at 1 speed with 2 armour and 4 health. Not only that, but it also receives another ability at this level called Demoralise, which will weaken all the enemy melee monsters’ attack power.

DEMORALISE - -1 melee power to all enemy units.

GOLD

As this monster reaches level 8, it receives further increased stats of 1 ranged attack power at 3 speed with 2 armour and 5 health. Though it does not get any new abilities at this level, its increased speed, armour and health will definitely help you to stay alive longer and attack faster in battles.

DIAMOND / CHAMPION

Finally, when you upgrade your monster card to its max level, it possesses a creased 2 ranged attack power at the same 3 speed with 2 armour and 6 health. Though it does not receive an ability even at its max level, its increased firepower alone will help you to kill enemy cards faster now.

Last but not least, if you keep its mana cost in mind. I think it is a true beast and can bring total mayhem, especially in low mana limit battles. The 2 attack power alone justifies its mana cost, and on top of it, you get 2 abilities (including the Demoralise ability, which is a solid tool to weaken enemy melee monsters), a defensive health + armour combo at good speed. So, according to me, this monster is an overpowered entity in splinterlands and definitely deserves a place in your arsenal. What do you think?
