Splinterlands Nyasha Mbalika | Ranged Beast with So Many Good Abilities

Hello my fellow Splinterlands Warriors,
Welcome back to another cool Splinterlands post guys, and I hope all of you are doing pretty great in your lives and enjoying another wonderful and energetic day with your loved ones. For those of you who are actively playing this game, I hope your ranked battles have been going smoothly so far in this ongoing ranked season and that you are steadily progressing toward your desired season goals while collecting those valuable rewards every single day. Whether your objective is to climb into a higher league tier while unlocking better seasonal reward chests, or compete for a leaderboard position in top champion leaderboard, I sincerely wish every one of you the very best. Anyways, looking at the current ranked season, there are still around 4 days and 19 hours remaining before it comes to an end. Now, as usual, the final days of every ranked season are always the most competitive, and without any doubt, this is probably the perfect time to use the remaining Battle Energy wisely and make one final push toward your seasonal goals before the reset arrives.

Now, talking about my own progress in the Frontier mode in this game, I am currently battling in the highest Gold I league with 4,180 trophies. I have already crossed the 4,200 milestone recently during this season, but after a few ups and downs, I am once again very close to reaching it. This time, however, my goal is to continue climbing toward 4,300 trophies and then hopefully make a serious push for the leaderboard if everything goes according to plan. Looking at this week's raffle progress, I currently have 42 raffle entries collected so far. There are only around 18 hours and 30 minutes remaining before the raffle closes, so my target this week is slightly lower than usual, somewhere between 54 and 57 entries.

Today's Frontier Daily Wheel turned out to be another rewarding one. This time I received 300 Sparks together with another 60 Sparks from my daily 20% streak bonus. I am really happy that I have now successfully maintained my login streak for 69 consecutive days and keeping this streak alive has become one of my daily priorities, as the additional reward bonus really adds up over time. Thanks to today's rewards, my total Sparks balance has now increased to 25,486 Sparks, and I am slowly getting closer to another major milestone.

Apart from that, today I also opened 5 Foundation Packs that I earned from the last two days' daily missions. Although the opening was not as spectacular as some of my recent ones, it still turned out to be fairly decent. This time I managed to pull 1 Epic card together with 6 Rare cards, including 1 Archon, while the remaining cards were all regular Common cards.

Nyasha Mbalika
Now moving on to today's featured monster, let me introduce another exciting card from the newest Conclave Arcana Reward card set. As you have already seen in the title and thumbnail above, today we will be taking a closer look at Nyasha Mbalika. So, let's begin.
The Nyasha Mbalika was first seen in the game with the launch of the newest Conclave Arcana Reward card set. This monster belongs to the Fire element and comes from the Ulund bloodline. It falls under the Legendary type, meaning players need a total of 11 CC cards to fully upgrade it to its maximum level. Nyasha Mbalika costs 8 mana to deploy, making it an ideal choice for medium to high mana limit battles. It uses Ranged attacks and at maximum level, it unlocks four excellent abilities that improve both its offensive potential and its ability to support the rest of the team. Let us now take a closer look at its stats and abilities across different leagues to find out more about this monster.

BRONZE
At Level 1, Nyasha Mbalika possesses 3 Ranged attack, 4 Speed, 1 Armor, and 5 Health. Even at its initial level, it already gains its first ability called Opportunity.

OPPORTUNITY – Targets the enemy unit with the least Health.
SILVER
At Level 2, the monster maintains 3 Ranged attack, 4 Speed, 1 Armor, and 5 Health. At this level, it unlocks another useful ability called Inspire.

INSPIRE – Gives +1 Melee power to all allied units.
GOLD
At Level 3, Nyasha Mbalika improves to 5 Speed and 6 Health while maintaining its 3 Ranged attack and 1 Armor. At this stage, it unlocks its third ability called Return Fire.

RETURN FIRE – Returns 50% of the incoming ranged damage (rounded up) back to the attacker whenever hit by a ranged attack.
DIAMOND / CHAMPION
At Level 4, Nyasha Mbalika reaches its maximum form with 3 Ranged attack, 5 Speed, 1 Armor, and 7 Health. At maximum level, it unlocks its final ability called Stun.

STUN – Has a 50% chance to apply Stunned for one round after a successful attack. Stunned units skip their turn and cannot retaliate.
Last but not least, I think Nyasha Mbalika is one of the coolest legendary reward monsters released in the Conclave Arcana Reward set. The first thing that impressed me is its excellent combination of high Speed and strong ranged attack. With 3 Ranged damage right from its initial level and excellent Speed throughout its progression, this monster is capable of dealing consistent damage while attacking before many slower opponents. Its respectable Health also allows it to survive much longer than many other ranged attackers. Another feature that I really like is the Opportunity ability. Instead of wasting attacks on heavily defended frontline tanks, Nyasha Mbalika immediately focuses on the weakest enemy monster. This makes it extremely effective at eliminating fragile backline support monsters and dangerous damage dealers before they become a serious threat. When combined with its naturally high attack power, this ability becomes even more valuable. The Inspire ability also deserves special mention because it provides a permanent +1 Melee attack to every allied melee monster. If you enjoy building melee-heavy lineups, this ability adds tremendous value throughout the battle and significantly increases your team's overall damage output. The Return Fire ability further improves this monster's defensive capabilities by punishing enemy ranged attackers whenever they target it. Finally, the Stun ability adds another powerful layer of utility. Successfully stunning a high-damage enemy monster can completely change the momentum of a battle by forcing that monster to skip its next turn. Overall, I believe Nyasha Mbalika is an outstanding legendary reward monster that combines excellent ranged damage, useful team support, defensive utility, and powerful crowd control into one complete package. It is definitely a monster that I would love to keep upgrading for future ranked battles.
