Hola comunidad de HIVE y a mis compañeros de SWC espero que estén todos bien,amigos hoy junto a mi entrenador el tomo la iniciativa de hacer una rutina muy buena de dominadas, estas dominadas en realidad fueron muy estrictas la verdad, me gustó esta rutina porque cuando lo culmine me sentí muy pero muy satisfecho porque vi el trabajo muy limpio, mi entrenador al realizar las dominadas siempre llegamos al fallo muscular, cada vez que ya no puedo hacer más mi entrenador me exige y es por eso que el me ayudó apoyando en la parte baja de la espalda para seguir haciendo más dominadas por lo menos lo maximo que puedo hacer es de 15 dominadas y el me ayuda a llegar hasta 25 y como quema esa espalda y de todos esos ejercicios lo realizamos de 25x4 series, son muy brutales
