Hola amigas y amigos de Street Workout Community (SWC), en esta oportunidad comparto con ustedes mi experiencia en un día de piscina con mis compañeros de entrenamientos y la calistenia, un día de calistenicos en piscina.

- Un día de calistenicos en piscina, me gusta como suena me agrada que los calistenicos nos reunamos en lugares donde podamos disfrutar y pásala bien como la playa, piscina, montañas, lagos, ríos, bosques entre otros lugares hermosos donde podamos sacar buenas tomas y compartirlas para motivar a todos. Este deporte no solo da buena vista por el buen cuerpo que consigues si no también por la habilidades que haces y las puedes combinar con cualquier paisaje. Me agrado mucho este día lo disfruté mucho.
- A day of calisthenics in the pool, I like how it sounds I like that calisthenics we meet in places where we can enjoy and have a good time like the beach, pool, mountains, lakes, rivers, forests and other beautiful places where we can take good shots and share them to motivate everyone. This sport not only gives a good view for the good body you get but also for the skills you do and you can combine them with any landscape. I really enjoyed this day and I enjoyed it a lot.
